The staff were slow to reply to emails…
The staff were slow to reply to emails and to return phone calls. The product was over priced. Hence the
downgrade to 3 stars.

This company is excellent. The customer service is friendly, fast and helpful. They're a pleasure to deal with. The prices are all very fair too. When I needed a second part, they were just as lovely to talk to and it came the next day!

Great sales dept let down a little by problem in shipping
The person I dealt through email with (William) in Sales was really helpful and sourced the part I needed.
I’ve knocked a star off as the item was either not sent out or never got delivered.
After waiting almost two weeks I emailed William and he sorted it out and I have now received the item.
Great sales dept but let down in this instance by the shipping dept. Never dealt with them before so could have been a one off

Unbeatable Service
Unbeatable service from Streetwize in supplying new solar panel for our water feature! Up and running again within a few days. Rarely get such prompt service and one that does exactly as they promise! Water Feature was a Golden Wedding present so was so upset when we (hubby ) broke solar panel!

Bought a dash cam from Aldi and the…
Bought a dash cam from Aldi and the screen picture was faulty, kept juddering , same with the replay . Sent a video file to Streetwize Support ( the supplier ) who said they couldn’t view it so I sent again . Heard nothing back so after a week returned to Aldi who exchanged it for another one , this works fine but the box had 2 USB chargers as opposed to one plus a car
charger !
Update : had an email today from Streetwize apologising for the delayed response and acknowledging that the dash cam was faulty and to return to Aldi for exchange ,

Product was fine and service was good…
Product was fine and service was good but the delivery was through DPD. I stayed in all day and then DPD lied about there being nobody home so I had to trapse to a post office miles away the following day to pick it up.
