After moving out over a month ago and got the initial moving out email to say they will follow up with the landlord regarding my deposit, I have chased several times, only receiving a reply last week when I was told I would get an update, and still nothing back.
I understand that priorities may be on getting people moved in but to be the bottle neck in having what to some is not an insignificant amount of money is rude and unprofessional.
I would have expected if there was a delay due to the landlord I would have been informed, if fact if I do not hear back soon I will chase the landlord myself.

I found my perfect little Irish cottage… Highly recommend Peri Griffith!
I found my perfect little Irish cottage near Ennistymon listed by Peri Griffin. This was my 3rd attempt at buying. She answered the phone on the first ring, and that was my ongoing experience! Helpful, cheery and honest! Peri was always there when needed, answering questions about the process, relaying information between myself and the vendor(seller), and covering visits to the property when I wasn't available. Peri is thoughtful, kind and positive, always offering a solution if something got difficult. I practiced real estate in the US for many years and know the difference between a great "agent" and a poor one. She's in the great category. I could tell by the interactions that she also served the vendor very well, sometimes a bit tricky to be on both sides, but she did it with care and professionalism. I bid higher on the property because I knew I could trust her. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest her as a listing agent if you are selling, she will certainly work to get you the best price, and ABSOLUTELY happy to recommend her if you are a buyer and you want a fair and honest purchasing experience. She really is a delightful person, and it really matters when you are approaching and navigating real estate transactions!

After a stressful 13-month tenancy
After a stressful 13-month tenancy, this agency is now stalling the return of my deposit for no apparent reason. It has been 20 days since I moved out, yet they have ignored all my emails.
I was forced to call them and mention the TDS just to get a response. Even then, the person on the phone claimed there was "nothing on the system" and didn't know what was happening. It is completely unprofessional to have no record of a move-out 20 days after the fact.
To make matters worse, we were left without heating for the entire winter while living there with a newborn baby. Their lack of care for tenant safety and statutory obligations is shocking.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this agency at all costs.

Further to my earlier review, no change from the zero stars rating. Patchy communication with one email received and no follow-up since despite repeated attempts. Do emails go into black holes at the Addiscombe branch? Where is the management and oversight? So poor.

Amazing Customer Service from Ollie, Addiscombe Branch
I met Oliver 'Ollie' from the Addiscombe Branch at a viewing about 2 weeks ago. As I walked through the doors of the property I knew it wasn't for me (the property had only just come on the market and so pics weren't available when I was contacted to view it). Anyways, I told Ollie what my requirements were and he then said, oh, we have 2 other properties I can show you today. These weren't booked in, but he made time to then show me those properties in the afternoon. Unfortunately, neither were for me.
However, I saw a couple other properties online that were not from his branch, but contacted him to see if I could view them. He arranged the viewings.
He kept me updated all week, even on his day off.
Ultimately, from the ones arranged, I found a property I liked and I made an offer.
During this process, he checked in constantly to make sure I had the information I needed and to also let me know what was happening.
I cannot praise Ollie enough, he definitely made what can be a very stressful time, a lot better.
Well done Ollie and keep up the good work.

Pawel, Pawel, Pawel! Maybe if you say it 3 times he can fly down and help you to. Just sold a property through Streets ahead and Pawel pretty much acted as the solicitor! He went beyond what you expect from a family member, never mind an estate agent.
