great products have lots of clothes and safety gear the only issue i have is the boots are great but the laces didn't last 2 months before they broke, the boots are one of the comfy boot i have and wear them a lot even on long dog walks

I purchased a pair of Kastra safety boots, and they lasted me six years ago, that’s six years of working on building sites in all weather conditions, and they’re only just starting to look worn.
I’ve just bought the Kastra 2s, and I’m sure these will last even longer, especially as my new role doesn’t involve as much walking. Delivery was fast for both pairs, considering they came from Germany.
I’ll only ever buy Engelbert Strauss boots.

Worth the money!
I debated whether to splash out on Strauss stuff as I'm only a DIYer and it is on the higher end money-wise. I have been frustrated with other brands work trousers that are poorly fitting and restrictive, so I got a pair of trousers and shorts and both have been the comfiest, best fitting kit I've ever had. Super high quality materials used throughout and well thought out designs - very 'german'. They also look great which as we all know also matters! I'm glad I spent the extra on these, they are worth every penny and I'll be buying from Strauss again if I need any other items of workwear.

Amazing quality - customer service issue however.
Amazing quality, let down by office side. Customer service is quick to answer but provide little help then directing you to the website in regards to orders, returns, delivery times etc.
Ross-on-wye delivery office are difficult. Why not have a customer facing arm at this centre it’s your only location in the uk surely it’s the next step!!
If they weren’t as thin on the ground in the uk I would have my full team kitted out in the stuff but clearly they are more interested in breaking into the US market then expanding services in the UK

Everything is great items and service. However it would be ideal if you could deliver to Jersey (Channel Islands, UK) as I have to send to family member to then be shipped over. Plus possibly of taking the VAT off if you decide to deliver to Jersey as VAT is not paid over here.
