Excellent services, when I placed this order I panicked slightly because I hadn’t checked the company on Trust Pilot. I thought my order was going to come from far flung places lol.
But no, I got an email straight away and could track my order on Royal Mail it arrived in a couple of days.
Perfect present for me 4 year old grandson and a pack of playing cards FREE (yes free, that makes a flippin change.

Hi Elaine, our tracking system indicates that your item was delivered on the 6th November. We have checked, and there is also a photograph provided by Royal Mail that shows the parcel was handed to a person at your address. Please do let us know if you need any further information, but to note, all our items are sent tracked. This means that while they do not require a signature, Royal Mail will photograph the parcel being received at the door, and provide the GPS details. Thank you.

I purchased a Dukdalf folding table, the price was good, delivery was quick and I was informed at every stage, and the item was well packaged.

We cannot open boxes to check contents but, as with any product issue like this, our supplier has always replaced any problem boards for a new one. I have checked and cannot see any correspondence regarding your order from. you letting us know, but if you contact us, we can get the supplier to replace it for you no problem. Thank you!
