Stove Installer Reviews

David was recommended by a friend to investigate a blocked chimney - but we ended up having a wood burner installed as well!
He is very knowledgable and is well acquainted with the houses on our estate as he lives close by.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him for his excellent workmanship and attention to detail and everything went according to plan. We will not even have to redecorate the room as he was so careful.

I’m really happy with the installation!
I can’t fault the service, communication and David’s attention detail!
Everyone who has seen the work has been really impressed.
I would highly recommend.

Amazing service. David was knowledgeable and helpful and the team did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame promised. On budget. A really professional approach. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

A real pleasure! The work was clearly priced, impeccably delivered, and everything was clean and to a brilliant standard. Would have no hesitation using again.

Excellent quality workmanship and attention to detail.
We essentially had a full install including a beautifully crafted slate hearth. David came recommended, providing specialist guidance and advice, he helped us find the right stove and hearth.
David is reliable, kept us updated and informed from quote to installation.
Protected our flooring and furniture, leaving everything clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent workmanship, very skilful and with great attention to details. Did provide valuable advice as to what would be the best choice of burner for the room.

When the closure plate at the base of my chimney broke because of a piece of falling brick, my chimney sweep recommended David. I'm so glad he did! David came and assessed the repair with careful attention to safety regulations concerning wood burning stoves. He then carried out the work neatly and efficiently. I'm really pleased with the repair - a clear improvement on the original! - and found him helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend David.

Having had so many companies advise why it would be such a difficult install, David, who came recommended, was a total pleasure to deal with. Excellent communications, and basically did what it said on the tin. The whole install went incredibly well, i couldn’t be more grateful. Again, many thanks David, fanatstic job, very pleased.

David maintained regular communication with us throughout the entire process. He kept us informed with updates and addressed any inquiries we had. From the initial quotation to the installation, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. He and the team took great care to safeguard our floors and furniture, ensuring that there was no damage during the installation. The end result is truly remarkable. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and cannot wait to enjoy our new log burner for many years to come.

Arranged with David to come round and get a quote... complete waste of time. His quote didn't make sense. I tried several times to get more information and eventually he just ignored me to the point I decided to go somewhere else.... time wasted.

David was helpful and professional from start to finish.
He clearly set out the options & drew up a detailed quote; he was able to fit us in at a busy time of the year and get the work completed in just a few days; he left the place spotless; and he explained everything that he was doing and why. Great experience all the way through & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to others.

Absolute brilliant job done by David and he’s team, really happy with everything he has done by perfection, very good tradesman, no mess anywhere always cleaning up from start to finish a great service from someone very knowledgeable and spends time showing you how to use if needed. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks
