Just had Connor install wireless alarm system in my home, very easy user friendly to use. From start to finish Connor was very informative, would highly recommend using Safe hands.

Mark has just fitted my smoke and heat detectors. Such a professional and friendly guy. Got them all installed in no time. Mark explained everything - he is very knowledgeable. The whole experience from booking to the installation was so easy. I can’t praise Mark and Safe Hands Home Improvements highly enough.

We had our smoke alarms fitted by Marc. From the get go he was polite and pleasant but more importantly very knowledgeable about the alarms, the law and what we needed for our property. He got to work and took care within our home, treating it as he would his own by not leaving a mess and causing minimal damage with removing old alarms. He explained thoroughly how the alarms worked, what to do should they sound and left us feeling in very safe hands.

We would highly recommend.

Saw the ad on tiktok and within 5 minutes of making an enquiry, I was already booked in for that week. Mark who installed my alarm system was professional and installed it in no time whilst I was in a team meeting so no noise disturbances at all. An absolute gentleman, you are definitely in Safe Hands with this company.

Very disappointed with my dealing with 'Safe Hands' company after arranging to have linked smoke alarms fitted. I contacted the company and gave them all my details, post code etc and a appointment time was set. Several days before the appointment I was contacted to see if I could get the alarms fitted earlier. I explained that my house was a holiday house and that I would be going up the night before before the appointment. On the morning of the appointment I received a call to say my address was too far away for the installation to be done. They had been notified of my post code well in advance. I had travelled over 100 miles. Have had no apology from the company and my calls have not been returned. Very poor service. Would not recommend. Matthew Sneddon 07737570053

Enquired about alarm system on FB after reading reviews and within minutes I had an appointment for fitting them. On the day, I got a few texts giving me a time but I just b4 the time I got a phone call from the young man saying he had a puncture and was I okay for him to come a bit later, which they did. Both fitter and young guy he was training came in, showed me the alarms and how they worked. Really chatty young men who had the alarms fitted within 25 minutes and no mess whatsoever. Price was what they advertised. Easy from start to finish
