It's all good, fast delivery, and a good product.
Ordered a laptop before Xmas on 22 Dec so a busy period, I expected it probably mid to late 2nd week of Jan 2026. It arrived early that week as in the 8th, so fast turnaround. The product itself, exactly as advertised, tidy, good build quality and working perfectly so far out of the box. I have an IT background so I don't mean ooh shiny looks good so must be. I have had a good dig and poke at the system config and info and yeah its all good.
There wasn't an email saying dispatched but in fairness I was checking the website as most will do and it showed there. Plus I could have easily made a 2 second phone call if I really wanted to know expected delivery date. To be fair the weather was horrendous, I live on top of a mountain in Scotland and there were feet of snow. So even if a delivery date had been given it would have been a guide and nothing more because nobody can predict a delivery time in extreme weather.
I did phone just after I ordered because due to a glitch the site never gave me a rough delivery scale. The experience was great, a very friendly polite person spoke to me and updated me in seconds. Thats what you want fast answer and pleasant to speak to, couldn't ask for more.
So yes the experience has been good, the price was also good given the current RAM and GPU market. I cannot fault Stormforce and look forward to enjoying their product.

Pc wasn’t plug and play as stated
Pc wasn’t plug and play as stated, gpu wasn’t placed in properly and the latch that keeps it in place doesn’t work. Glass frame was screwed in so tightly the frame couldn’t come off manually but with a drill

I ordered a pc to be built with no OS
I ordered a pc to be built with no OS, it said 1 to 2 days on the website so I ordered it. Email comes through and says 7 to 10. Was delivered 16 days after ordering, very misleading and the customer service people I spoke with said the same thing each time while not being helpfull

Great PC and build with better prices than others but terrible delivery company
Had trouble with their delivery company and it was days before I could find my PC and the reason I removed a star.
PC itself looks well built and is very responsive.
I'm having a couple of technical issues though with the Bluetooth and RGB controlling of the fans that I'm trying to solve before I reach out

Good Build but Customer Service could be better
Could have been sharper in responding to build queries, and some aspects of the build were not clear in terms of optimised cooling and the components used. However, great product that was delivered in the identified time frame.

Terrible company for a first pc
Terrible company for a first pc. I spent £1300 on my first pc. Firstly, when i ordered it said it was cancelled, i had to chase them for updates. Secondly, when I received it, one of the rams sticks wasnt even inserted properly, thankfully I know someone who is good with pc's that put it in for me. So clearly when they say their pc's are tested to the highest standard, they're not being completely truthful. Thirdly, the pc kept reseting itself, and after trying a lot of different things (including stuff the company said to do) it still wasnt sorted. So i had to send it back for it to be fixed.
The purchase was made on 2/11/2025.
I received the pc on 14/11/2025
The pc was sent back on 2/12/2025
I received in again on 20/12/2025
Now the first time I received the pc, I couldn't really use it, as like I said it kept reseting. That's over a month they had my £1300, and I had nothing to show for it.
No apology, no compensation, nothing.

From start to finish it was effortless, i saw it in the sale and decided to go for it. I had zero issues with ordering to delivery.
