PC was delivered damaged, twice.
I bought the TITAN AMD BF PRO on November 13th, 2025.
The PC arrived with about a week of delay due to the high volume during Black Friday, but I was informed by email promptly, so no problem there.
When it first arrived, the case was damaged, which pushed the GPU (AMD 9070 XT) out of its slot, impossible to reseat it.
After coordinating with support, they were useful and collected the PC for repair at no extra cost.
I sent back the PC with all the cables provided originally.
The PC arrived back about two weeks later, with even more issues this time.
Some (probably) due to the courier DPD: the case was bumped again in a different spot, the power pins in one of front fans were destroyed, the CPU cooler cover (AIO type) was detached and needed reseating, the GPU was once again out of the slot and impossible to reseat due to the case damage.
Also as soon as I opened the lateral panel to check the interior, a screw fell down from an unknown location.
The PC was also sent back to me with no cables or anything else that I originally sent back.
I contacted support, which honestly was very helpful and organised yet again a collection and full refund at my request.
I was extremely disappointed about the extent of the damage that happened twice, however support was easy to contact and helpful throughout the process.

Incredibly good experience
Incredibly good experience, this was the first time I've ordered a pre-built gaming rig, my last was homebuilt around 10 years ago so I was due an upgrade.
The computer arrived incredibly quickly, especially considering it was ordered during the holiday period.
Computer was very well packaged and securely delivered. The computer is excellently built, and has been smooth and simple to set up and run with no issues so far after around a month of heavy 'testing' (gaming^). Given the quality and premium of the components it was sold at a really competetive price too, cheaper than had I built it myself. Would highly recommend Stormforce for any prebuilt gaming PC, has been a wonderfully stress free and positive experience which is what you want from a purchase like this.

Wow! It's not often a companies customer service blows me away, but Stormforce have. The experience from start to finish has been amazing, Stormforce have gone above and beyond to help me with my issue. I won't bore you with details but I can honestly say this experience will stay with me. Vicky has been amazing and an asset to the company. The PC is excellent quality, the 3 year warranty is massive compared to most other retailers and they really do care about their customers. Brilliant Custom Build
The choices available were great and the experience was smooth online while choosing the parts.
The response via email for changes was relatively quick and they accommodated the change of fans due to unavailability and upgraded it to a better one. Though I wanted RGB fans, performance matters more to me.

I ordered the Zenith Pro AMD BF with…
I ordered the Zenith Pro AMD BF with the Premium Dual Monitor Bundle on 12/01 and it arrived the very next day in perfect condition.
After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure whether the monitors would include cables so I bought some just in case. Turns out each monitor came with its own DisplayPort cable which was a nice surprise.
This is my first time buying a prebuilt system. I’ve always built my own PCs in the past but as I’ve gotten older and lazier I decided to go prebuilt this time. So far I’ve found no faults at all. The only minor issue was the Bluetooth adapter not working initially which was quickly fixed by manually updating the generic driver. This was more of a small inconvenience than a real problem.
I’ll update this review if I ever have any negative feedback but at the moment I’m genuinely impressed. Thank you.

Gaming pc purchased for my daughter for…
Gaming pc purchased for my daughter for best part of £1200, upon unboxing and setting up the PC did not operate, had to phone technical support and it was diagnose that the GPU had probably come out of its port which I then fixed. It was also sold as a dual monitor system but they don't supply the leads to setup the dual monitor you have to buy your own, then the keyboard packed up. Technical were helpful with resolving the first issue but disappointed I had to purchase my own lead to setup dual monitor. Customer service were defensive when I quoted these items but are sending a replacement keyboard. Quality of kit supplied in my view is 2 out of 5

Regarding the dual monitor setup, we understand your disappointment. As we do not manufacture the monitors ourselves, the included accessories (such as display leads) are supplied by the monitor manufacturer, and unfortunately we have no control over which additional cables are included. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to look at how we can make this clearer at the point of sale.
We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the keyboard issue and can confirm that a replacement is being sent out.

I should have mentioned this sooner.
Around about a year or so ago I bought a custom made PC from these guys. They initially gave me an ETA for the completion and delivery of the PC. They exceeded the ETA and delivered it a few days earlier than I had expected, much to my delight.
I have had the PC for around a year or so now and I absolutely LOVE it. I regret not sending my review sooner (but family matters got in the way).
I highly recommend using these guys and will do so myself the next time I need a new PC. Great service and very efficient. I can't praise them enough.

Sentinel AMD origin
I've only given it a 4 at the moment, as I'm still getting used to it (my old one was nearly 10 years old!). Came quicker than I thought it was going to (Christmas Eve! Told in early New Year when I ordered it). Huge thanks for that.
As for the PC itself: I experience memory issues every now and again with certain apps, which stop working, claiming they have insufficient memory. This is baffling to me. Hopefully, that has more to do with the apps I'm running and the settings I'm using than anything (as I said, old PC was nearly 10 years old!). Time will tell. Gaming-wise, though, plays Baldur's Gate 3 with absolutely no trouble at all on highest settings (only game I've put on at the moment!). Could barely run it on minimal settings on my old one!
Overall, pretty happy with it.
