The quality of the figures and their manoeuvrability/ customisation is fantastic! i just wish i discovered you guys earlier so i could have gotten some of your earlier figures as the attention to detail and care taken to make each figure unique and posable is top notch!

I have purchased a Paul Phoenix…
I have purchased a Paul Phoenix character from Tekken 7, the figure and packaging was in great condition when it arrived. You can tell the seller really cares for the condition of the figures when going out to the customers. Even the figure for the box itself was individually wrapped. Storm collectibles has many figures which are not available from other sellers making them always the go to choice when I am purchasing new and hard to get pieces moving forwards.

Poor customer service
1/6 Scorpion figure had bad staining around the shoulders, customer service couldn't care about the issue didn't want to replace the item, customer service was very bad compared to customer service of other companies.
