Love Storksak, their products and the quality. I purchased the Alyssa Stroller Organiser and own a Bugaboo Bee 5. Unfortunately the organiser doesn’t fit well on the handlebars and often falls down which is somewhat frustrating.

Absolutely lovely design and style. I feel like a million dollars when I take my baby and baby bag out, I do wish the baby bottle warmer kept my baby’s milk warmer for longer.

The item was on back order when I purchased it, which wasn't clear on the website when I ordered it. I emailed to complain about the delay but the customer service response was quick and very polite. They informed me about the delay, told me when stock was arriving and said they'd give me updates about when I'd receive my order. They were excellent and quick to respond. I also appreciated dealing with the same person throughout.

The Poppy Luxe Black bag what a disappointment.

On using the bag, it was disheartening to see that the money spent was not very well! The following impracticalities were experienced:

The bag tilts forward when holding it which is causing the stitching to come loose (only been using it for a month and not even daily!).

The velcro on the bag is so loose that it keeps falling when attached to the pram. Carrying the baby and the bag with the pram is stressful when the bag keeps falling.

The bag does not sit straight at all. It is so awkward to carry and does not ease any usage or access.

The baby bottle is half falling out from the outside pocket due to the design and the tilt.

As you can understand, the bag is meant to make it easy when travelling with a baby, pram and all their necessities.

The customer service was so unhelpful and did not provide 'service' as you would expect from a renowned company. what a disappointment and not a cheap bag after all. It is not user friendly for mothers and I would deter from buying this, both because of the quality and practicality, also because of the lack of customer service.

I write to say I am delighted with the Aria bag. It’s just the right shape and size. I have always wanted a compact shoulder bag but could not find one anywhere; bags would either be too large or too small.

Aria is the perfect size for a shoulder bag and I do like the short leather handle and the cleverly designed detachable long strap. I wanted one bag to fit my things and my toddler’s. I have taken the Aria for dinners and days out - it works equally well for both.

I particularly liked the large outer zip-pocket which is so handy for storing keys, phone or tickets and passes when out and about. And not least the insulated bottle sleeve on the inside which is camouflaged by the quilting.

Although I do have a Storksak stroller bag, that one looks much more functional, whereas the Aria satisfies both form and function. It’s indeed the everything bag and also exquisitely beautiful. Thanks very much for such an excellent product!

Great pram bag, perfect size. Only small issue, is that when the bag is on the pram when it’s raining, the two side pockets collect the rain water.
