A week ago I bought a two piece outfit from storets. I needed it for a party a week later.
After two days of having bought the outfit I got an email telling me one of the items I had already paid for, was out of stock. They told me they would restock it that same week and would all be sent to me that friday.
The next day, I got an email telling me that the item was still out of stock and would be stocked the following week and would be sent next wendsday.
Taking into account that I had bought the outfit to wear it as a whole I didn’t take up the offer they gave me to cancel the order, as they were only letting me cancel one piece of the two I bought.

Today, a week later, I’ve just received one of the two pieces I bought and haven’t heard still about the other item.

I decided to buy on storets cause I saw many Instagram models wearing it and I thought it would be high quality as it isn’t cheap either.

The quality of the only item I’ve gotten so far, doesn’t cost the 50 dollars i paid for it. It’s quality can be compared to online shops as romwe or wish.

Although the costumer service has been “nice” they were not clear when would I get the item, and were unprofessional.

I was really hyped about buying something from this brand as it looks really fashionable. Now I just feel scammed.
I don’t recommend it, I won’t buy anything else from here.
I don’t understand why they display items that are out of stock, and even more, let people buy them without informing them first.

I ride horses and need head protection. When visiting this store I ordered Knitted Riding Hat. This product offers good quality and is marketed at good price!

My mom bought me an evening dress, and I decided to pick up a beautiful clutch bag for it as the final element of the outfit. This site helped me find Black Velvet Gem Clutch Bag!

This is a one-star experience, but they were prompt in their response and I did not find their customer service to be less than acceptable. However, if you live in the US I warn against ordering from this website. The clothing is less than Forever 21 level and they charge Urban Outfitter prices. If you ever need to return anything you have to pay for the return shipment yourself...to Korea!!! I paid $70 to return a $200 order that's 3 pieces of clothing. You can send it back for half but then you would have no proof the package was ever received thus risking your refund.

I have ordered the Rae dress last week and I was counting down the days until it would get to my door so I could wear it. This was the first time I was ordering anything from Storets and due to the hype created around it, I was super excited and had really high expectations.

As excited as I was before, I am now deeply disappointed. First of all, the dress arrived all crinkled and as soon as I have opened the box, a smell of a cheap Chinese shop hit me.

I went on and took it out of the box, just to see the audacious fabric and threads hanging out everywhere screaming poor quality. After further examination, the stitches were not even straight at the standards that one would expect at this price point.

After trying it on, the dress fitted poorly as the shoulder straps are not adjustable and the upper part of the dress was revealing much more than is considered to be decent.

All in all, the dress does not look like the pictures advertised and needles to say, I wanted my money back and a payment to cover the custom tax that I will have to pay.

Not only their customer service team came back with an unreasonable email basically saying that it was the delivery that made it like that as it was ironed before delivery (definitely not!) and that the odour will disappear after washing(figure that!) and certainly not accepting that it was anything wrong with the dress as 'not faulty' and they will not pay for return as per their policy 'to make it fair for all customers'. Maybe fair for them, not the customer. Anyway... I am never purchasing anything else from them and I hope they go bankrupt as they are ripping off people.

I have recently purchased a couple of products from Storets and to be honest I was a bit scared after reading all the reviews, as they mention that customer service is pretty bad; however, I have had a totally different experience, very positive overall.

It is true that the clothes, quality-wise, don't worth the money as you can see that it is made with cheap materials and not much effort - still, they look nice on, but I am glad I did not pay full price for it.

Then, one of the items came earlier than the other as the latest one was out of stock for a week or so, but that is not something that bothered me, in just one week difference I had both things with me.

Now, my experience with the customer experience team: the first item to arrive came faulty, and I was very concern about if I would get an exchange and pay for sending the product back to Korea and the time it will get for the new piece to arrive, but the process ended up being very smooth as they agreed on sending me a new one right away with my other item that was gonna be shipped that same day and they, moreover, asked me to keep the faulty one to avoid bothering me. Both items arrived two days after. :)

This review is for the Iza Corset Shirt. I LOVE this shirt!! Granted I was a bit worried when I first received it because the model on the site is super skinny..like what if it doesn't lace up at all? Fortunately it does and it's so pretty! I don't lace it up all the way because I want to actually breathe but it looks good laced halfway too. And the material..you can never go wrong with 100% cotton!!

Ridiculous return policy. I ordered a pair of jeans that looks nothing like it does on the model. When I wore them, they made me look huge and I am only 100lbs.

I decided to return them and turns out we have to pay for our own return shipping and they charge a $6 handling fee. In an age where companies are offering fast and easy return with free shipping and full refunds, I am never going to use this company again.

ordered a dress but it was actually backordered. Merchant not honest never state on the website.

requested to cancel but till now no reply.

very slow email response expect to wait 1-2 days for them to respond

also ordered an off shoulder top but it wasn't what it claimed to be. on the model it was shown worn as a halter but when I received it it could not be worn as a halter. very misleading

still waiting for a rspond from them to cancel the backorder.

i've also raise a dispute with paypal

STORETS is over rated the clothes seem very nice and unique on the website and on the fashion bloggers wearing them on Instagram but it's far from the glamour and unique style they promote. How disappointing when you receive the actual clothing piece, it is so cheap looking and the fabric is poor quality. Their prices are expensive I don't mind paying the price for quality but STORETS IS A JOKE AND FRAUD!!!! Please don't fall for Asian websites and their products they are the worse. Will never order from them.

Unfortunately I had such high expectations for the two items I purchased from Storets. When they came they looked completely different to the images and poor quality. I regret buying those items and it's definitely over priced.

I will never order from here again, I ordered one of their trench coats which is listed as xs, s, m, l for sizing to choose from on their website. Upon receipt the item was noted on the hang tag as a "S/M" and on the tag inside the jacket a "M" - I ORDERED A SMALL. While I was not disappointed with the quality the item was too big. I requested to exchange the item - they do not do exchanges. I was informed I had to return it and re-buy a new one - $5.99 restocking fee, $15 non refundable shipping fee, AND $71 to ship back to SOUTH KOREA!!!!!!!! It does not note anywhere on the website where the items are being shipped form or where they will need to be returned too. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I spent $92 for no reason on a jacket that cost $252 - hopefully it is gets back within the 30 days or I will have to file a claim with my cc company as I see other reviewers have noted they do not ever actually refund your money - these items have to go through customs which takes who knows how long. What a waste of money and time/effort. For that I wish I could give NO STARS. Be honest with your customers - or don't do business.

Not wearable Jacket for $285 The return is funneled to South Korea, which costs $64.00 Never again!!!!

Their return policy makes it harder then a CIA operation to make a return. They state you have to email them for a return code, but I have sent them 4 emails in 2 days, and no response! They are based in Korea. The quality of clothing is really cheap. You're better off ordering from somewhere who accepts returns easily and fairly.

Never respond! I've tried email, social media everything and nothibg back. They charged me postage when it says free over $75.. my order came to $122??? Why would you not respond when your an online upcoming store. Sorry never buying from this store again. Quick to take money to never reply. Will be telling everyone!!

I bought from this company two times, first time I send it back they said it is over 7 days so they cannot refund. Second time I sent it back within 7 days they just refund to their store credit!! They just don't want to give your money back!! Don't shop their clothes, the quality is poor comparing the price!
