I received my product in a respectable amount of time. The product was what I order & I love them. The fit for the sweater was a little large but its great for the baggy look and it as shown. and the shorts I ordered are great value and fit to size. I would definitely recommend this site.

I ordered 7 pieces from Storets and I’m keeping all 7 pieces. I found my new favorite place to shop online. And shipping was super fast! I placed the order on Friday night and I received the package on Tuesday morning! Overall I would recommend storets.

I really like storets. The style of the clothes is more design. Each piece is very colorful, with bare shoulders, open back, and other elements that often appear. . I buy more than 6 pieces in the store every month. I recommended storets to my friends. Friends like it very much.

Bought 3 items off this site recently and love all of them. The fit is perfect and love that it’s different from everything in the shops. Shipping was quick enough especially as one was pre order. Very happy with this site, will defiantly order again.

I bought from them twice, spending ~$100 each time, and items are never as good as they look in the pictures. I've never worn the clothes I bought because they aren't actually wearable!!

To begin with, I am leaving this review to help others who are deciding whether the quality of Storets.com is worth the price.

I ordered three items: a cardigan (cordelia pleated in black) and a long sleeved top (annabelle) in two colours, one in grey and the other in white.

The cardigan feels like nice, decent quality material and the style is great, however, it is much shorter than expected. Almost more of a crop top length, falling a little further than the waist, than what I expected from the pictures displayed it at hip length. The puffed sleeves, style and material are great though (but again, it's kind of a crop length - I'm 168cm - so it ruins the look by clashing with the puff sleeves a bit).

The two tops look very different from their pictures. The photos show the tops as fitted, although the the tops I received are much larger than expected (i ordered a S/M and they are more of a M/L (AU 12-14) and very square/boxy. The material is thin and hard/rough.

I was disappointed with the two tops and as well as with the cardigan. If the cardigan wasn't weirdly short, the cardigan would have been a great buy style wise (the price is more just normal - not great or bad). For the quality and price, I kind of perceive what I bought as me paying at least $40 too much for the three items (I spent $160 AUD in total), mostly because the tops are quite bad and the cardigan is more crop than just a nice normal length.

As the cardigan material was quite nice, I would perhaps shop here again for outwear.

I ordered the Jacket and Skirt Set, and it was really good.
I can not see it elsewhere and I feel good to buy it at a discount.

Over priced found clothes and makeup on the site elsewhere (yesstyle) way cheaper AFTER i payed heaps for them.. Bought a hat and when received looked nothing like the photo and was so super cheap looking but cost me $80. I payed the money cause they make the stuff look way better quality than it is. Sucks. Haven't returned it yet but am hoping its not as bad of an experience as I'm reading here :(...

My parcel was stolen due to a mailman leaving my parcel with no signature and postal company refused to reimburse me. However Storets customer service was amazing, replied to all emails quickly and refunded me themselves when they had no obligation to do so. Can't say anything about the clothes because I never received them but customer service was great.

they sell dresses forever 21 quality which cost only about $30 in Korea and sell it on their website for $70 and $5 flat return fee is a false. They’ll deduct original shipping fee (expedited from Korea)PLUS that fraking $5 return fee. Worst experience ever!!

Honestly I'm so dissapointed !!!! I wanted to buy one houndstooth set from this website. It was on sale for 49,90. So I quickly added it to my cart and was looking for something other to buy as well. While I was looking for it (it was like 10 minutes) somebody from their team probably decided that the price is low and raised the price to at first 70,00 and then 89,90 !!!! Honestly ?!!!
This set was on this website at least for a year and always in some sale and then back to its original price again. As it was in sale for finally such a nice price and I decided to buy it, someone from their awful team just sees it in the system that someone has it in the basket and they raise the price to be higher !!! "Cause if she wants it, she'll be okay paying more, right ?" F.CK YOU stupid STORETS never gonna be ordering again...

It took them over 2 weeks to ship my package out so I was very unsatisfied at first but my anger all faded when I received the package. I was very impressed with the quality and authentic style. I've read comments that this brand has low quality clothings but I gave it a try anyways since their price point was good and I cannot be more satisfied quality wise. It would have been a 5 star experience should the shipping had been more fast.

So.. this company has the worse return policy and customer service. I placed an order for $200 and unfortunately the dress was too big and the blouse was not very flattering. I returned both items and got a refund for $180. I emailed customer service and you know what they said “after you returned all items your total became $0 which means we had to charge $15 for original shipping and $5 for return” basically saying that when you return things in order to get only the flat fee of $5 you have to keep $100 for your order even after the return. They purposely deceive customers on their website saying “free shipping for orders over $100 and $5 flat fee of return for US customers” guys.. save yourself all the pain and just don’t buy anything here. Not worth a penny.

I’m so unsatisfied and angry with this company.
I discovered storets on Instagram through the many famous “european” bloggers who wear their clothes. I was so impressed by the styles and the clothes, so i decided myself to buy a coat from them for 214 usd.

When i got the confirmation email i was surprised that it was an asian online shop based in seoul/ South korea.

The quality of the coat was very poor and wasn’t worth the 214$, it made me so sad since i was impassioned waiting for the new great coat.

They have very very poor return policy, i had to pay myself the shipping fees from Germany to south korea. I paid the 50€, and a few days after that i received a tax bill (76,19€) that i had to pay.

Never again Storets. And never trust the fake bloggers on Instagram.

I bought two items from Storets and got them after ages last week.They are the worst quality pieces of clothes I’ve ever bought.I spent over 200$ and they look cheaper that forever 21. I wore the tweed dress last night for my birthday and I noticed it’s ripped in the middle of the party.I only wore it for an hour,the cheapest quality tweed you can imagine.don’t Through your money out.horrible online shopping experience 👎👎👎

I never leave reviews, but Fedex lost my package and Storets worked with me and Fedex to find it and have them resend it to me for free even though Fedex was trying to charge me for it. Usually stores are hands-off once it is in Fedex/UPS/USPS's hands so I did not expect this, especially since, in my experience, a lot of overseas sites can be less helpful.

VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service and my clothing was exactly as pictured. Was skeptical since it was my first time ordering, but I will order from here again!!

Really bad return policy and customer service.

I placed an order over memorial holiday weekend and messed up on my address, so I immediately emailed them and they got back to within 12 hours and not only fixed my address but shipped my items out immediately too. They shipped it out Tuesday from Korea and it got to me Wednesday in the United States! I don’t know how they did it but I’m impressed! Items are super cute, nice quality and fit great!
