Bought a mini PC from the US and asked to cancel soon after which was my fault. Just had to ask them separately to cancel delivery that was in the very initial stage (label created). Got fully refunded quickly once they found the package. In hindsight should have gone the amazon route where they deliver fast from US store.

Their gaming PCs don’t work properly and their customer support is inefficient.
If you’re considering buying one of their gaming PCs don’t waste your time or money. The first gaming pc I bought, the GPU was significantly power limited so I couldn’t play games without constant stuttering and frame drops, I then requested a replacement which wool over a month to get because their customer support was incompetent and inefficient, even when mailing the pc to the address they gave, the first few times now one was even present to pick up the parcel so I had to reschedule delivery two times. And even after all of this the replacement doesn’t even work, it doesn’t even take me to a bios screen

I ordered the DEG1 eGPU dock directly from Minisforum and had a very positive experience. The order arrived on time, was well packaged, and the product was exactly as described.
The DEG1 was easy to set up and has worked reliably from day one. I am currently using it with an AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 GPU, and the dock has performed well without any issues. Build quality is solid, and everything functioned as expected.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the purchasing experience. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to order from Minisforum again.

After a first round of basic troubleshooting steps, diagnosis was fast and RMA was opened to Germany (from France). A defective capacitor was changed. All-in-all, 3 weeks including all postal treatment delays. Excellent experience on my part and hotline was to the point and helpful to resolve my issue.

Ordered 5 days ago and still hasn't shipped.
Edit: despite the response from minisforum, the email they referred to in their response, with the tracking information shows that the label was created 5 days ago (from this update on 6/3) in Hong Kong and NO shipping or update since then.
