For the price, I was willing to roll the dice.
I have had two purchases of this NAB6 Lite. The first one had an unrecognized RAM slot and was returned and refunded.
The second one was great from August 2025 until May 2026 and then wouldn't power on one day. It was a fairly painless and warrantied repair. Everything is working for the moment and I am crossing my fingers that this will get me several more years of usage.
Customer Service has always been great and easy to work with. They don't work US daytime hours, so communication will be slower, but everything was always replied to the same day.

Hello. I just purchased and received a MS-R1 ARM Mini PC with 32GB memory, no SSD. I found the online installation video quite helpful. I followed the directions, installed an SSD and installed Ubuntu 26.04 with ease. For the past 45 years I have used Intel and AMD processors. Now I wish to experience an ARM based PC.

Product works as expected.
DHL failed to deliver initially because the driver did not manage to find my doorbell (first time that this happened..). Minisforum support was very helpful and straightforward, made sure that the package was delivered again and kept me up to date on it.

Bought a mini PC from the US and asked to cancel soon after which was my fault. Just had to ask them separately to cancel delivery that was in the very initial stage (label created). Got fully refunded quickly once they found the package. In hindsight should have gone the amazon route where they deliver fast from US store.

Their gaming PCs don’t work properly and their customer support is inefficient.
If you’re considering buying one of their gaming PCs don’t waste your time or money. The first gaming pc I bought, the GPU was significantly power limited so I couldn’t play games without constant stuttering and frame drops, I then requested a replacement which wool over a month to get because their customer support was incompetent and inefficient, even when mailing the pc to the address they gave, the first few times now one was even present to pick up the parcel so I had to reschedule delivery two times. And even after all of this the replacement doesn’t even work, it doesn’t even take me to a bios screen
