Awkward Customer service
Bought some trainers for £65 they arrived posted by sports direct with a £26.99 sales sticker on them. I didn’t realise they were now part of sports direct. I complained to Lonsdale who said I paid that price so they won’t refund. So I sent them back and bought them through sports direct for £26.99. My fault for not searching around but stupid pricing policy that their website is different pricing to sports direct.

Size xxxl zip is that small I can barely get my hands in the pockets. Have they made zips smaller to reduce production costs

Lonsdale used to be a decent brand but is absolute rubbish now. Bought some bottoms after one wash it's covered in bobbles. Boxer shorts elastic stretched ver quickly.
Very uncomfortable shoes
Very uncomfortable shoes, to be very honest. I even bought a size higher (size 13) and the soles and front toe areas feel absolutely unforgiving; and i taught I was getting a bargain, as it was supposedly £65, now reduced to £25. I am donating mine to the charity shop In the morning and sticking to my comfortable Adidas trainers, which I already have seven in total. Sorry Longsdale, but I will never buy a7 product from you guys again!

Lonsdale customer service are rude and patronising, Shouldn't of been a surprise as they are owned by the worst retailer on the High street( Sports Direct)
I bought a pair of lonsdale tracksuit bottoms from Sports Direct, they fell apart within 6 weeks. Sports Direct refused to give a refund or exchange so I went straight to Lonsdale and was met with a total lack of care, they refused to help in any way whatsoever and kept saying it was a Sports Direct problem and not a Lonsdale problem. Even though Sports Direct own Lonsdale.
So basically Sports Direct/Lonsdale are knowingly selling substandard, poorly made clothing and then refusing to abide by consumer law concerning faulty goods. They are refusing to take ownership of a quality control issue in their Chinese sweat shops. If you read all of these reviews about Lonsdale and you still go out and buy the brand then you deserve what you get.

Probably the worst trainers I've ever bought. Totally destroyed the skin on back of ankle. Unfortunately I chucked my receipt. Never again.
Holes in my trainers
I baught a pair of Lonsdale trainer's around Christmas from Debenhams online. They arrived pretty promptly , obviously brand new and looked great.
I didn't start to wear them until recently. However, within just a few weeks ' a hole in the side of the trainer began to appear and got rapidly bigger until such a time that they've become unwearable. They are not cheap trainers and anyway that's beside the point this isn't fair wear and tear .
I am grossly disappointed with the response I received from Lonsdale who I provided photos of the trainers as requested to do. . I honestly thought brand credibility meant something ? They toell me there is nothing they can do and I should approach Debenhams - Talk about shirking responsibility!
This experience has put me off this brand completely and I would warn anyone :this isn't a credible company , who patently don't have faith in their own products do can't expect paying customers to have faith in them.
I hope someone from Lonsdale will read this and try and put the record straight.
Watch this space .

lonsale uk are very good i bought a tracksuit and i thought it was just the normal tracksuit turns out when i got it home it had f@g burns in it and thats the design i was originally looking for but couldn't find it im so happy and going back to find the tracksuit bottoms the f@g burn lonsdale edition are my all time favourites
CHEATED BY LONSDALE
I bought a top from Lonsdale as I've always been a fan of them for years being into boxing. I bought a top online for £24.99 and when I received it it was reduced to £7.99. Please don't be fooled by this company as the are intentionally selling reduced items at the original price after lowering mine by 70%, as was in my case. Contacting Lonsdale is useless too as they just said it was a mistake. No goodwill gesture or nothing to keep a new customer happy who would of gone on to buy a lot more stuff.
Purchased pants and t-shirts recently…
Purchased pants and t-shirts recently in grey colour, after few times wash become rubbish quality.
The pants purchased L size after few times wearing and wash the size become XXL and won't fit any more.
Also the t-shirt purchased XL size after few times wearing and wash the size become XXXL and won't fit any more.
So the quality really were rubbish.
The stuff did not arrive, they cheated and took the money
I don't know how to how to reach them. Support
does not answer. The robot responds with a script to each of my messages. My stuff
taken by a stranger not from my country. It didn't come but completed!
Dhl from my country said that my stuff did not cross the border and did not call me. I live alone in an apartment. Why does a stranger sign my first and last name? I don't even know him. We don't even have such names in our country.
I don't know how return money or resend the stuff.
Customer Services sportsdirect.com - you are awful. If anyone knows how to get the money back, let me know.
Unreliable and dishonest
Worst company you could ever think about ordering from. Failed to deliver the item for which I paid. Claimed it was because it was damaged in transit.
Told me to order and pay for it a second time without refunding the first purchase. I did so. Then they failed to deliver that one too and told me it was still awaiting collection by courier and would be with me in a couple of days.
Then I was told it could not be delivered because someone at my address had refused to receive it, which was an outright lie.
When I challenged them about who they had spoken to, they changed story their and told me it had been damaged in transit again.
There is a very good reason they don’t have a customer service number. Helps them avoid accountability. Avoid Lonsdale too, they are owned by Sports Direct.
The delivery company involved was Hermes. Again, no number to call if you have a problem.
At present, I am awaiting for more than £600 in refunds for the two failed orders. Let’s hope that doesn’t get “damaged in transit” too.
Got new 12oz boxing gloves used them…
Got new 12oz boxing gloves used them about 10 times and they have split to the point they now cant be used
Bad for buying bags/luggage/clothing
Bad for buying flight bags, clothing has a cheap feel, if you buy bags they will not last long and the leather will tear apart and there is nothing you can do about it to fix it, the bag I bought only lasted two weeks then these problems occurred, the paint/vinyl used went from white to a really horrible brown colour after long periods of use so avoid it at all costs otherwise waste your money, sort your customer service out aswell heard alot of complaints
Good boxing accessories last long and are made to high quality standards dont know why the bags and clothing are the opposite.
Absolutely love these to go to Goodison…
Absolutely love these to go to Goodison in. Feel 10 feet tall wearing these down County Road. The compliments I have had in The Brick before the game and they look great with my matching 3/4 tracky bottoms.
YES BABY
Honestly the comfiest shoes around. All my mates (all 2) are so jealous of my new kicks they say my shoes are fab and I couldn’t be more proud. I get loads of birds (especially pigeon #notsomuchofthebluetit). My only complaint would be THE SMELL. I think it’s the smell that causes the awful taste of these creps. Tbf never have I got more respect in my business meetings then when I’m wearing these. Thank you Josh xx
Great for boxing gear.
