I have ordered from this company twice before I have always found them very efficient and very helpful if you want to change the type of boxes they will always do their best to help. The white glove service has again always been good and they take all the cardboard away and leave no mess.

A very high quality unit. Efficient delivery. My 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the construction instructions. Panels were mis labelled, making it difficult to work out what each piece was. One code number was on all of the side pieces, and there should have been 2 separate numbers according to the instructions. It was also not clear which pieces required the locking screws on both sides and I had a mis match with the 2 different type of locking screws and had to use what I had left in some places rather than what the instructions said. It was extremely heavy to lift and we struggled to lift it up, I would recommend saying 3 people are needed to lift it up after construction. How ever, i will always recommend this company, the units are ideal as they are designed for people who craft and do not have enough space!

I got what I ordered it is really good quality and very spacious. The young man who delivered it was extremely efficient and very mannered. I am really pleased with my purchase.

they were very helpful, i had to delay delivery twice as i was not ready for the installation. they understood the problem and were very helpful in re-arranging the delivery. i decided to have the white glove service and was glad that i did as there was so much packaging which they took away with them.

I had my Hartland 160 delivered and assembled on Friday. I am more than pleased with the quality of it. The young man that delivered and assembled it was so nice can't praise him enough. Wish I had asked his name. I can't wait to purchase another piece of storage from here.

The Customer Service is amazing. I expect good service and I was not disappointed. After starting a new job and phone issues, I finally received an email re delivery that day. After a panic I went on chat to explain. In an instant, I received a message to say the delivery would be later that evening when I’d be home. I was so very thankful and amazed at the service shown and by the lovely driver. Thank you so much. Xx

the product is the tower 100 and has good storage boxes. the driver placed in the room of choice and took the packaging away was very impressed with the service.

Customer service is amazing, I had an issue with installation which has made it slightly awkward to open the craft table, and rather than go through the hassle of sending back I suggested a resolution which they promptly accepted and responded to, thank you

This is my second order from storage for crafts.

The whole service was a joy to experience. I have saved for years to buy the Knightshayes and I ordered it in January along with the assembly service. I knew it would be 8 to 12 weeks and marked my calendar. There was regular contact and I had a lovely surprise one day to say that I would be receiving my order the following week, only 5 and half weeks after the initial order. The assembly service is something I would recommend, it took the young man approx 3.5 hours, if it had been left to me and my partner we would still be assembling and probably sleeping in separate rooms! lol. It is a lovely piece of furniture, solid and very easy to fill, al the boxes come with it. I now have everything in one place instead of bags and boxes all around the house and I have found I work neater too. Saving for a smaller work station or table to go in the conservatory for my art stash now!

Really pleased with my unit .

The service was very good, Anthony (I think this was his name) explained what I needed to know to put the smaller unit together myself which was very helpful. I also asked him to take the unit parts out of the cardboard so he could take that away and I would not have to get rid of it from my end. He was very efficient and when he had finished and left you would not have known that anybody had been, only that there was a unit in place. I would definitely use Storage 4 Crafts again.

I would have given you 5 stars because I really like your product.I was disappointed with the 12,×12 storage boxes. The quality is inferior to the boxes I have received from you before. These boxes are brittle, not shatter proof . I bought the same some time ago at B and M . I will still support you in the future.Regards Rita

Excellent products, excellent service. One of the boxes was unfortunately damaged when delivered but a replacement was sent by Storage4Crafts the same day I let them know.

The furniture is well made, sturdy and second to none. The service is personal and help is readily available. I have several pieces of Storage4Crafts furniture and am delighted with every piece. The furniture also makes my life easier, having all my craft materials within easy reach, in containers that hold much more than anticipated. If I find space for another piece I will order again from Storage4Crafts.
