Charge to much
Gloria is great that works there.
All you storage places charge entirely to much rent.

Rodney,
I am so sorry your experience with us was less than great. If you would like to discuss this with me or know a way I can make this up to you, I'd love the opportunity to speak with you. I am glad that Gloria was able to off-set some of your dissatisfaction with her terrific customer service.
Kindly,
Tara Longwell

This place is run well with a friendly and helpful staff.
Like this place for convenience, price and staff. It would be better if the dumpster were not padlocked. I know that it has been abused in the past but it bothers me that I can't use it to lose empty boxes or unwanted items. I mean I pay over 1200 a year.

Thank you for your positive feedback on our managers and overall facility. I apologize for the recent change in dumpster availability; however our managers are more than willing to work with you in throwing away your smaller items from time to time. Please come see us in our office during business hours so you can arrange for them to unlock the dumpster to dispose of your loose boxes.
Kindly,
Tara Longwell
