Pavement
Good personnel, good administration, but you need to do pavement. When raining, this place is a mess. Even with no rain, cars get dusty.

Great management!
I've dealt with Storage4U for 20+ yrs. We're on a first-name basis. Easy to deal with. Personal relationship, keep in touch, always know I can trust them with my precious treasures and those things I just don't want to go through. I value the management at Storage4U tremendously!

My ONLY issue was trusting the website's accuracy. It is incorrect in stating you can rent from the KIOSK.
After meeting the Staff (Ashley), I was glad I had to go in the office to complete the agreement.

Clean and Friendly but more Expensive
Clean and Friendly but not competitive in Market.Have been there for a number of years and the rate kept going up and after I brought to their attention that they were other larger spaces available in same area for 20% less they didn't seem to be interested; and then the dumpster they had available to tenants became unavailable with out any notice.So with the rates continually increasing and the dumpster not being available I felt it was time to save money and moved.

Great customer service.
You're employees are always friendly, polite, and helpful. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I only wish it was easier to park in the customers spaces. In reality, the parking situation is terrible. If there are two to three cars parked I just come back the nextr day, because you can't Park. Especially my truck. You should also figure out a better system for parking trailers. My neighbor once was parked to far over, and I played heck getting my trailer out. I also know there is probably nothing you can do about the customer parking. Not a lot of thought went in during construction.

Been there Still there "old school"
Storage 4 u is a great place to store your belongings in a great clean environment alone with great, loving understanding staff. I have been a loyal customer since forever without no problems. My favorite storage people in Texas!
I've stored my 'out-of-sight-out-of-mind' nicknacks at Storage 4U for over 5 years now and could not be more satisfied with the great service, price and protection my small storage unit has received. Chelsea is a great representative of the company and always greets me with a smile. I have to drive 10 miles each way to get to my storage, which I tend to only check on every three months or so. Always fun to visit as the facility is spotlessly clean and rents units to the best people in San Antonio. Check them out, you won't be dissatisfied.
