It’s rare that companies go above and beyond with regard to return policies. StopBox went FAR above and beyond. Their products and customer service are exceptional. I could not recommend them more favorably.

Unmatched customer service!

I was trying to purchase a memorial day deal and there was an issue with the website so I emailed about it and they were able to create a custom invoice that included every promotion that I would’ve received originally. Their emails were so prompt. It was as if someone was at the computer at all times waiting to help me. I’m not kidding you it only took minutes for a response.

I was able to make my desired purchase and after purchase, I was given the opportunity to purchase additional Stop Boxes at a discounted price. I now have 4 Stop boxes on the way!

I bought the StopBox bundle along with motion sensor lights to use with them. One of them was defective, and I contacted them to get it replaced. Andrew was quick to respond and had the unit sent out the same day they received it back from me. Outstanding weapon retention storage and accessories, and the customer service is even better. You’re gonna want to buy their bundles because it’s a great value for the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the need for some parts that I lost due to my ignorance and stop box without judgement sent me replacements at no charge. They responded to my request within one hour. Love the product and now see the devices are excellent as well

I recommend purchasing directly to this retailer. Amazon is faster, but stopbox will in any case provide reliable, and effective QUALITY support for customer questions about the products and shipping issues, too. The product is unique and well designed - the access is balanced for access and security, and provides the perfect solution to travel issues in many jurisdictions. The locking mechanism does take much practice to be flawless with the access. Give yourself plenty of practice as instructed after purchase.

Long time customer here. I own many products from StopBox and I am extremely satisfied with them all. I must say the design changes/enhancement from the legacy product to the new "PRO" product are significantly better. The StopBox PRO fills a very specific void in handgun retention for use at home/travel/ect. Ease of use, rapid access, and security from unauthorized guests makes this product a slam dunk in my opinion. My most recent interaction with a customer service rep named Ashley was really great. Ashley answered all my questions and spent the extra time to even call me back with additional info that we missed on my initial call. StopBox is a fantastic choice for traveling (TSA Approved, can confirm) as well as general use around the house. I have pointed many of my friends and family toward StopBox for their handgun retention needs and so long as StopBox continues with their great products and excellent customer service, I will continue to do so. The communication after ordering and while ordering from stop box is outstanding!!. They will send you a text message asking to assist in putting your package together to make sure everything is ordered correctly. They also send you a video in an email while package is in transit explaining how everything will work and what obstacles you may or may not run into once you receive it. Once I have some time later this evening to set the password and actually use the Box I'll write an additional review but everything so far with with the customer service and shipping has been A+

Super fast shipping. The stop boxes were well packed. The how to videos were super helpful. Easy to change the code within a few mins. Seems like a very well made product. I’m a very satisfied customer, wish I had bought one sooner.

As of now I can only comment on the customer service as I really haven’t used the product I got yet, but I had an issue or two and they helped me out 100%, I can honestly say I have never experienced this from purchasing online
Will purchase again in the future great company to deal with!

I emailed StopBox USA about shipping because I was worried about getting it delivered in time for my amazing husband’s birthday! He is a Veteran and turns 61 on the 19th. They are making sure it will get delivered in time for his big day! I couldn’t ask for better service from an absolutely truly amazing company! I would highly recommend them! Thank you StopBox!

My Stopbox wouldn’t close, sent an email , few hours later they sent me a reply with a how to video on how to fix it, so far I love it and twice I have contacted customer service with great results!

Great experience with StopBox! Determined I couldn't operate the box with my arthritis. Contacted StopBox and the facilitated everything for the return. Box is on its way back. I will have to pay a return postage, but I guess that's expected. Would suggest they say could be difficult if you have some level of arthritis. But overall, no problem. Would purchase other items if available.

I've ordered four StopBoxes and they are a fantastic addition to my home. They allow for security with quick access and the possibility to store multiple firearms without taking up a lot of space. I had an issue with one of my StopBoxes and customer service responded almost immediately to help me resolve the issue. If you're on the fence, this is your sign.
