I was told the tiles were from the same…
I was told the tiles were from the same batch and as my previous pruchase. I never thought they would exactly match colors, the colors are not close, but the size of the tiles was different! some as much as 1/4". I was very disappointed in what I was shipped and my results were underwhelming.

Unhappy with return situation
The tiles I received were beautiful but a large number of the tiles had a mesh backing attached that could not be removed. The mesh was not described in the item listing, was not consistent through the order, and is not industry standard for 4x4 single tiles. I use the tiles for my business and cannot use them with the mesh for the product that I produce.
Stone Tile Depot would not accept a return without me paying for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I buy thousands of square feet of tile every year and had hoped to work with them in the future if they could provide tile without mesh but am disappointed with the return situation.

I am sorry to hear that you could not use some these tiles becuse of the meshing in the back. I instructed Irma to receive these tiles back and refund them. Not too often we run into situations that the tiles are used for such an art form that (in your case) both surfaces are needed to be clean and has finish on them.
