We are really sorry - this fell well below what you should expect from us. We had a stock error on our end and let you know as soon as we spotted it, we understand your frustration and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
On the refund: it's already been processed on our side, but banks typically take 5-7 days to show it back on your original payment method - this part is outside of our control, unfortunately.
We're taking a look at how this happened so it doesn't happen again. Thanks for your patience, and sorry again for the trouble.

This is one of many orders from Stones. I made a mistake with ordering the wrong colour. Although I could live this, it was a none starter for my wife. but no problem, a simple call and the correct colour arrived the next day and a returns code for a simple return via the local Yodel point.
