I should’ve stuck with Stones. Could’ve saved me a whole lot of stress. Would’ve got my item a whole lot sooner.
I needed a Yeti go box 15 for my trip. I found a good deal online and ordered it, 10 days pass and I had 2 shipment delay notifications. It was clear it wouldn’t arrive on time. I cancelled that order and placed one with yeti directly, for next day delivery. The next day passes, nothing. No contact, no go box. I’m now stressing. So I called. I was told by Yeti to source one locally to guarantee having one. Not ideal with 24 hours to leaving for holiday! In my desperation, I turned to Stones Boatyard. I called and asked if they had one, and could they get it to me by today. YES! They assured me. And true to their word, they pulled out all the stops and it arrived first thing this morning! I’ve been absolutely blown away by their customer service and cannot rate them highly enough. Simply outstanding! I’ve used them before for Yeti and honestly? I doubt after this I will be going anywhere else.
