I needed a rush order so i could take part in a regatta. Lisa said she would make sure my order would arrive in time - (less than 10 days). My 3 items arrived on time, great quality and fantastic service.

Excellent quality

I was away when my delivery was due and the transport method used had a few issues. Lisa was extremely helpful and I was delighted to receive my order which was excellently made and I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Super fast turn around. Faster than the 4 weeks they said to expect as it’s all made custom. Arrived in about 2.5 weeks

The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful she advised me on what I could have embroidered on the Henley Royal Regatta top she needed this in time for the regatta and they got it to us in time thank you so much

Excellent service from Stitch. The zephyrs were really good quality, they arrived in plenty of time and they provided excellent communication after ordering. They couldn't have provided a better service, thank you.

I ordered a rowing suit and when it hadn't arrived maybe two weeks later, I contacted Stitch to learn that it could take a few weeks to fill a personalized order. My son needed the suit for that coming weekend. Within a couple of days I heard back that the suit was finished and he could pick it up from the stall at the Regatta village. He ended up borrowing a suit from his coach and didn't get over to the stall. When I contacted Stitch a few days later to arrange shipment, they had already shipped it out to me without me needing to ask. All of my emails were answered promptly.

The team are super helpful, I needed an urgent order and they went above and beyond to ensure we received the new monogrammed kit in time for the event, with constant email updates to ensure we were informed consistently along the way.

All the rowing kit stitch produces is of amazing quality and value for money!! They've been serving our boat club for half a decade now and never disappoint with their responsiveness, quality, and creative new kit designs! Lisa is also incredibly kind and responsive, a great person to work with!

I placed an order on the 31st March. It took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. The AIO had a womans back on it and i contacted them immediately to discuss. Emails were ignored. I've since spoken to them twice and each time they say they're sending out a correct one...well as you can imagine I'm writing this review because I've had nothing from them. Awful customer service.

Great Company. Lisa is great - can't do enough to help you. Kit was made quickly and delivery fast too.

Amazing quality clothes at a reasonable price

Stitch produced for our crew team great quality unis and training gear, warm fleeces with comfortable fit, and quick turnaround on production/delivery. Made us look and perform on the water like a unit. 5/5 stars.

Love the jacket - well made the only thing missing for me is a piece of the material at the base of the hood to hang it up from.

Very quick delivery after I specially asked for it to be here before a certain date, and very quick response to my question!
