Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering again. I have used Stirling Coffee quite a few times and to be honest, had no issues. This time I’ve been told my order has been dispatched but not received by Evri. As the other comments say, the customer service is terrible, I’ve still yet to receive a response. I’ve requested a refund, but doubt I’ll see it.

Great coffee but terrible customer…

Great coffee but terrible customer service. I have subscribed to Stirling Coffee since 2021 but there have been too many times where I didn’t receive my order and I had to chase it up by email. I am still waiting on an order that I paid for on 15 January and it is now 11 February. I had no response to emails sent on 29 and 30 January. Subscriptions now cancelled.

Very poor customer service, no contact number, painfully slow delivery

After enjoying their coffee a couple of years back and keen to support a local Scottish company I recently took out a monthly subscription.
However, so disappointed. Not so much with the coffee, but with the delivery and customer service. Emails take ages to respond to, there’s no contact phone number,
My last subscription order dated 17 March (having been postponed a week at my request) has still not arrived (as at 3 April) and emails go unanswered.
Regrettably I have now cancelled the subscription and if that order does not arrive pretty soon I will have to take further action to recover my payment.
Stirling Coffee, you have a super-cool coffee shop in Stirling, but you need to step up your game on your online ordering and deliveries.

Regularly VERY slow delivery but we put…

Regularly VERY slow delivery but we put up with it as the price and coffee are very good. This time however we waited over 6 weeks for delivery. It got to the point that I thought maybe they were growing and harvesting the beans themselves it was taking so long. Absolutely zero communication until we got a rambling email about coffee prices being the problem for slow delivery. I'd have rather been told within the first week that the order was delayed then I could order elsewhere. And on that note, why take orders/our money if you don't have supplies in and don't know if you'll get them in? Seems ridiculous. Anyway, our coffee FINALLY arrived yesterday and it's decaff!!! I didn't order decaff! So disappointed 😞

Shockingly slow to send my order

Shockingly slow to send my order. 9 days later and I still haven’t received my purchase or even any shipping details. Sent an email asking for a status update which has been completely ignored. If you want your coffee in a reasonable timeframe, do not order from here.

Try Before You Buy

Product -Stirling Coffee Peruvian Beans

I opened a tin of these beans today, and I am truly sorry that it is a negative experience. I know a taste review can only ever be subjective, but the best that I can say is that this coffee was not a good experience from first aroma to first taste. There wasn't a second taste. I think Stirling Coffee have bombed out on this product, and I think they need to know that at least one consumer thinks so.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company, they delete negative reviews from their site then claim "4.9 out of 5 stars". Sub par product, terrible communication.
