Great service

I’m glad I didn’t check these reviews first as my experience over the past few months has been excellent. The prices are reasonable and even better with the subscription service. You can skip deliveries when you don’t need them and change items if you want something else.
Plus you get points to redeem on future orders.
You do have to remember to cancel your subscription though or you will be charged. The only way to cancel is by email. I don’t know why you simply can’t do it online but I’ve no had problems so far.
Deliveries haven’t always been quick but they have arrived well packed.

First Class from Fullers

This is my third order from Fullers,live just outside Edinburgh ,ordered on 30/01/26 delivered 04/02/26.Absolutely first class service from both them and DHL.Order more than £50 free delivery and free bottles Porter,many thanks

This company wouldn't even get a score…

This company wouldn't even get a score of 1 for the experience I have had over the period of time I have used them.
Late delivery
Part deliveries
Lies about dethe delivery
Customer service no effort made to rectify complaints
They rely on you to inform them if your delivery still hasn't arrived.
Absolute garbage about splitting orders,due to the weight???????
Soo they pay for extra deliveries rather than put all your order on 1 DHL van
Beers great but the company is woeful

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from online shop. Not all ordered beer arrived with me via DHL. Fullers made me do the work to establish what was missing when I had already given them the box numbers that had arrived and hadn’t. Black Friday offers on website but when they reordered the missing items for me they refused to refund me the difference between the price I paid and the Black Friday deal, saying the price had to remain as per my original order - even though they themselves said that they would have to produce a new order. On a previous occasion it took weeks for order to arrive with me and there was lots of confusion. The support team don’t see to care about loyal customers in the slightest. I won’t buy from them again unless I get an apology.

Poor delivery service with customer…

Poor delivery service with customer support the same. Missing items DHL post delivery instructions with deliver date already expired. Customer service will there is no customer service. Cancelled delivery last year as beer was lost in there system.

Do NOT order deliveries from this…

Do NOT order deliveries from this company. Placed an order last Wednesday, paid extra for next day delivery and 4 days on, no sign of my beer. Really disappointed. Despite chasing, had no response about a likely delivery date. Save your money!
