Stiga petrol strimmer
This is the 2nd Stiga petrol strimmer we've had, nothing wrong with 1st one just needed a backup, they are very reliable strimmers compared to other brands we've had in the past, i would highly recommend this strimmer and the company I ordered from as they were very quick delivery and kept me well informed of progress

CRAP COMPANY
Sent item back and had to wait 10 weeks for a refund. They dont answer the phone. The didnt answer 5 emails i sent them. I call that ignorant and i will not be ordering anything else from stiga. CRAP COMPANY.

Received a cover for outside with missing pieces. Not only is the cover completely unusable without the missing parts, we now have to pay to get rid of what was sent.

Even 1 star îs far to much
The self propelled part stopped after the fourth usage. After 4 months the blade fixing screw broke, I couldn't remove the part from the engine part.
After sales support is worse than zero. Bought product on Internet came with a Polish invoice. Guarantee wasn't valid in my country.
Wrote 4 mails to Stiga, no answer on any of them.
Forget this company with their products too.

Terrible Terrible customer service ... Disgusting !!
The STIGA lawnmower has been fine and it works very well , when purchased it came with the offer of a free extra battery , the link in my STIGA account to claim the extra battery wasn't working so I messaged them using their messaging system and ... nothing !! ... four more emails were sent and ... nothing ... I tried to call them several times on the number they provide and ... nothing !! ... despite everything I did the company did absolutely nothing regards getting in touch with me and to this day I have never been able to speak with anyone in customer service ... my STIGA dealer after weeks of trying finally managed to resolve it but admitted that they are very difficult to deal with !! .... so be aware if you ever need to contact them all you'll get back is ... NOTHING !! .

the screws that hold the plastic…
the screws that hold the plastic moulding up under the side steps, go into plastic which im sure you are aware have stripped the plastic and dont hold any more, and it is easy to see that someone new about it because it has bright silver coloured washers and I would expect them to be black under black screws
