Had our central heating boiler serviced by James today, and what a nice polite and knowledgeable guy.
Nothing was too much trouble, and we loved his text prior to his visit giving us a link so we could track his journey to us with his eta.

This was a central heating service under our Corgi contract. The engineer, Tom, was very polite and kept to social distance rules. He carried out an excellent service checking the boiler, water and radiators. Two of the radiators were not working so he easily released the pins and the system is now operating properly. Very pleased.

James arrived as arranged to do my annual boiler service. He was helpful, polite and efficient. I shall specifically request Stibbons Gas in the future for my Corgi services.

Stibbons Gas is always excellent service and can be relied upon. They are courteous and prompt. They do not overcharge.

James arrived wearing a mask, which we appreciated. As friendly, courteous and efficient as ever, he tightened up a vent within the boiler and left it set at. 1.5. We hope this solves the problem of the boiler losing pressure very slowly. Given 4 stars as only time will tell if the problem has been entirely eradicated. But 5 stars for James himself! Thank you. I’ve used Stibbons Gas to install and service our boiler for years. Always prompt, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced.
When replacing our boiler they were very competitive on price and again very tidy.
Would recommend.

Very pleased with the work undertaken and would certainly use this company again. I was impressed with the two engineers who attended on the two separate occasions, initially to deal with the annual boiler service and then rectifying the problem with the expansion vessel.
