Very pleased with the excellent work Stevensons have done for our family grave.

This company can only be described as excellent. The kerbside memorial they did for my parents grave in Ghyll cemetery really is superb, everything from start to finish went without a worry to me and they did it in time for mother's day. I started my initial enquiries at the Blackpool showroom and the lady there is so nice I immediately commissioned them to do the work and so glad that I did. Thank you for the excellent work that you did it brought me to tears when I went to see it finished yesterday. Thanks guys I cannot recommend you enough.

Stevenson Memorials have just finished a final addition to a family gravestone that we first commissioned from them in 2006. Throughout everything they have been efficient, professional, approachable and helpful. They have produced a beautiful finished family memorial for us and we are very happy with all aspects of their service. We would recommend them to anyone and would like to thank everyone at the Blackburn office.

I have just used Stevenson Memorials to reface a granite wedge to include my Mum's name alongside my Dad's. They were very efficient and professional, sending artwork prior to the work being completed and a photo when the block was in position at the cemetery. All round an excellent experience at what has been a difficult and sad time.

We placed our trust in Stephensons Blackburn and they have done us proud providing exceptional service. We lost our Son in tragic circumstances; he was only 30 years of age. They fulfilled our wishes with three beautiful wedges set in Blackburn Rovers Memorial Garden, two are for future use. We thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts. My family and i would just like to thank the Stevenson family for helping us to arrange a new headstone on an old grave.We found the process very easy with the help of there staff on Blackpool site, the finished product looks fantstic all in black with white lettering .Now the younger part of the family are finally having a place to pay there respects and lay down a few flowers thanks again R A BLACKBURN

I've used Stevenson memorials twice now for both my parents and even in the circumstances they are an absolute pleasure to deal with so easy and absolutely professional in every way nothing too much trouble fantastic communication... Can't go without mentioning the lovely dog in the showroom ( who's name I forget )

It may be a cliche to say a company deserves a 6 out of 5 ‘stars’ but in the case of Stevenson’s it is true and well earned.

Greg Wharf, the sales person was most supportive, tactful, professional and deeply knowledgeable. His constructive suggestions for improvements to the family’s thoughts and wishes were made in the most sensitive and tactful manner and, as we wished to try and complete things in time for mum’s interment, he not only acted quickly but set realistic expectations around delivery. Expectations that the installation team managed to exceed.

On seeing the memorial in-situ it is clear that the quality and finish of their work is entirely beyond reproach and as much as it may not seem appropriate to mention cost at such a difficult time, it is still an important consideration and Stevenson’s represented markedly better value than the other monumental masons spoken to.

Stevensons Memorials have done me proud with the finished headstone, it’s perfect. They made the whole process so easy and kept me informed throughout. They sent me pictures of what it would look like before I placed my order. They were accommodating when I kept changing my mind with the wording and design. Buying such an item is a challenging thing to do but they were empathetic of this. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone (and I rarely say that). THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Great customer service from Stevenson Memorials. They sent drafts of the headstone and completed the work ahead of time - thoughtfully timing the placement of the headstone on my dad's anniversary, which I thought was lovely and extremely thoughtful of them. Quality work which looks lovely. Really pleased with how it turned out, highly recommend.
