Feeding station finery …

The product looked gorgeous on the site so when it went on sale I was thrilled. Our whippet thinks her feeding station is great! The frame is sturdy and the bowls are a great size. I am thrilled to bits with this product which was thoroughly well-packaged and delivered a few days after dispatch. Great site!

Received a voucher for my birthday not able to redeem

Received a voucher for my birthday, unfortunately I had been ill and didn't read the voucher was only valid for 9 months! Most vouchers are at least 12/24 months or longer. Contacted them, eventually got a reply and they weren't interested. No exceptions even though they've had the money! Very disappointed and won't be ever ordering.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find your voucher had expired. As mentioned, our gift cards are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, which is outlined at the time of purchase.

However, after reviewing your case, we did make an exception and have since reissued your £50 gift card as a goodwill gesture, which has now been sent to the original email address. We’re really pleased we were able to resolve this for you.

Ignored for 4 weeks - sold overpriced cushions

Terrible customer service who replied to ONE email saying they’ll replace my faulty cushions and then 4 weeks worth of my emails back to them they’ve not answered one more email??

I’ve been on hold to the phone number twice and nobody answers ! Don’t ask me to email or phone in your reply below because I’ve been doing this for 4 weeks. Total ripped off for over £70 worth of cushions.

The company kindly honoured a sale order i had not managed to process due to unforseen family circumstances.

Do not use this company

I have a couple of huge pieces of artwork from Steven Brown Art; one canvas and one print. Ordered years ago and are fabulous. Fast forward to 2026 and now not so good. Ordered a canvas and worktop protector almost a month ago. I was told delivery would be on 23 February. Nothing received. Emailed a week later and was told they are "investigating". Emailed again a week after that and apparently they are still "investigating". I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering because it seems this is now normal for Steven Brown Art and, if you do receive your items, they are bad quality. I have now raised a Chargeback with my credit card and am hoping to get my money back.

Quality company quality products

Quality products when taking into consideration no stock is held and everything is made to order. Fantastic delivery time from time of order to production to delivery. The quality of materials and design is second to none and as soon as received first order was so happy I ordered more products. Was small issue with one item in first delivery but was resolved on the same day of raising the issue with customer service. Very satisfied from start to finish a lot of negative reviews here can't understand why great company great people great product thank you Steven Brown art

I have purchased a number of items to…

I have purchased a number of items to send to my son in Canada. They have always been fabulous quality and design. I am going to Canada next year as my son's going to be 40 and I am going to be 60. Last time I went I bought a suitcase from amazon and it was far too big. I am a proud Scot so when I saw this I thought fabulous a smaller case with no other than heather mc coo on it. I thought it was an offer from you as it was addressed to me. I am so angry with myself for falling for it. I had no idea the real price of the suitcases to begin with. You can imagine my disappointment when I went to check on the size. I can't believe it. How can people do such a dispicable thing. I am not savvy when it comes to the internet. I have read since that this has happened to many people. Surely there is something your company can do Steven Brown? Will not be purchasing in the future until this can be sorted out! Still enjoying my purchases

I have purchased two large canvas prints and a wooden clock over the past year from Stephen Brown Art and each time the item arrived well packaged and the quality was excellent. The colourful designs receive lovely compliments from visitors and they cheer me up on a dreary day.

Great looking art but won’t buy from again.

My canvas arrived yesterday and amazingly in one piece. This is the third order we have placed with Steven Brown but something has seriously gone wrong in recent times for this organisation. Sadly, so long as they continue to use yodel we will not be placing any further orders and will be warning anyone that asks about our prints about the likely headache and delays they will face.

Our print went out for delivery on Wednesday, no attempt to deliver. Out for delivery on Thursday, no attempt to deliver, out for delivery on Friday, no attempt to deliver, out for delivery yesterday, arrived at 23:16. What courier in their right mind delivers until almost midnight?

Worse still he just left it on our doorstep and walked off despite the house being in darkness as we were all asleep. In the tracking app all the options for delivery to neighbours, safe place, collection point extra were not allowed meaning I had to wait in each day hoping when it said it was out for delivery, it would actually get delivered. Somehow though it’s ok for him to make customers watch on the map as he drives around for 4 days, covering lots of streets around my city and not until the 4th day of driving around did he decide to try and deliver it but instead of ensuring we are home at 23:16 he just left it in full view of the street and walked off.

We love this art and will continue to enjoy each but something has seriously gone wrong when compared to the last two orders we placed a few years back. So frustrating in not being able to contact them by phone due to not enough agents then being hung up on by an automated message or the courier and instead dealing with Yodels chat system only to go around in circles with agents lies by “it’s been escalated” or “it will definitely arrive today” or having to email Steven Brown and get no reply.

This will however be the last order we place and will be advising others to think twice before placing and order with this company.

However, once an order has been dispatched and is with the courier, the delivery schedule and driver conduct are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, this is absolutely not the standard we expect from any delivery partner, and we will be feeding your comments back to the courier as feedback like this is important.

We’re also sorry if you felt communication from our side wasn’t what it should have been — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

Once they get your email, the spam will NEVER stop!

I used to feel sorry for Steve Brown, I thought his site must have been hacked. It appears that may not have been the case - instead he has sold out to a company that believes in aggressive marketing. I am thoroughly sick of receiving offers for stuff I don't want and they completely ignore the 'unsubscribe' option. AVOID.

Sometimes the fault is not always mechanical...clock hands can get flattened together during shipping.

My clock is one of 6 pieces purchased.

However, when it stopped working after a few minutes I was gutted and I thought it was faulty. IT WASN'T.

It seems that delivery can sometimes push the clock hands down so they end up getting caught on one another but not in an initially noticeable way.

By lifting them up a fraction, gently at the top and bottom. The problem resolves.

So glad I sussed it out as loved my clock and even though I was offered a replacement I lifted the clock hands up a fraction so the ends don't catch and now it works.

You might need a few attempts but I'm v.happy with clock now the problem has been resolved.
