Steve sorted out all my passwords and really helped reduce my anxiety about them (without talking down to me at all).

Steven came same day to sort a WiFi issue, setup printer/scanner/copier, uninstall unnecessary programs from my PC to make it faster -and also got 1 more year's Windows Updates of Windows 10; so I don't need a new PC.

Fixed email, fixed printer and fixed Windows10 updates for another year .

We first used Steve's services 2 years ago. He recently supplied & set up a new computer, transferred files & data & made it more user friendly (for a non tekky). He also upgraded our laptop. Steve is professional & knowledgeable & we're very satisfied with his work. He is pleasant, trustworthy & we felt comfortable having him in our home. Steve was fantastic. He very quickly responded and booked an appointment with us to help fix our printer. He even managed to change the settings on 1 of our laptops that said online it wasn't compatible with our printer! Would highly recommend for any IT issues!
