Stephen answered the call straight away and his office arranged directly with my tenant so no further hassle for me. The check was carried out without any drama or calls. I then had a second property done by Stephens company and that also was easy and with no further involvment on my part. The prices are reasonable and fair and there was no extras added on like you get with some work you have done.
