Hard at first, but they redeemed themselves.
It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.

They don’t seem to have a clue… Keep sending me invoices for checks that I have not received and then don’t understand why I’m not sending them money… A little abrasive sometimes…

Never received a refund
Never received a refund. We did not get any money back from the govt. and were not issued a refund by Stenson per the agreement.

ERTC still not resolved
They did my ERTC's. After they sent it in, months later they sent the IRS amended 941x's for 3 quarters of 2020 without telling me. They still can't tell me why they had to revise it. I have rec'd some of the money from the IRS but I don't know what is still outstanding for 2021 or what we may possibly owe the IRS for 2020. After repeated attempts for Stenson to contact me, I am still waiting for a response. I did get a ticket # a month ago, maybe that is progress.

I would not have known about the ERC…
I would not have known about the ERC program had it not been for Steve Rosenquist. The entire team was very responsive in helping us through obtaining our rightful credits. Thank you all for your professionalism, but especially Steve.
