Requested to return an item I no longer needed within 5 days of receiving it. The package also remained unopened. Stello did not assist me in the return, instea they offered me pennies on the dollar of my order as a refund, or store credit, and said I didn't need to return it because it had to go all the way to China. This was mentioned nowhere in their official return policy. I insisted on my consumer rights to a return and refund, and they ignored me. Refund policy is a scam and the customer service is unprofessional. Had to escalate to the consumer protection bureau in the Netherlands and my bank. Don't buy from here unless you're okay throwing away money.
