I placed an order, heard nothing, tried to contact them with zero success. Ralph Hughes is either lazy, incompetent, or 'something else'.
The money refunded by PayPal - if you pay through a credit-card use charge-back.

They steal your money. They do not send your goods. They do not respond to emails. Stay well clear.
Ordered on there website 2weeks ago despite 4 texts and 2phone calls have not heard a thing back from them and no Good's been sent to me
I paid £47 for an item from their online store. They have not sent the item. They have not responded to 3 emails nor an online contact form. They have not responded to text messages, which they specifically say is their preferred method of 'quickly' sorting things out. The only thing they did was take the money.
This is a scam site. I got ripped off by them. They did not ship the ordered and paid items. They do not respond to my mails. Unfortunately I paid with creditcard and not PayPal, so there is no way to get my money back.
