Customer service is honestly 0. Do not waste your money.
I ordered two Wasparfum products and received nothing. After almost one month of delays and false promises, I was informed that the products were out of stock and would not be available for another two months.
They promised to refund my money and also compensate me with a gift. They even wasted more of my time by asking me to choose the gift, assuring me it would be sent the next day.
On top of that, they asked me to remove my Trustpilot review, which I clearly refused to do until I actually received the promised compensation.
Now another week has passed:
– no gift
– no email
– no update
– nothing at all
In short: this feels like a complete scam. Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy.
