We sent you an email with the Tracking details & the courier picture (Royal Mail) which clearly showed the delivery parcel was not empty ( Item was sent in a plastic courier bag)

Bought a Coat that the Stealth site misspriced and then instead of sending it me as that was there mistake and not mine they didn't BUT instead refunded me!! Which I thought for such a company was wrong.

Customer Service was amazing. Had an issue regarding tracking due to mistake by Delivery Driver and was told what’s going on and all rectified very quickly.

Fantastic clothing company. Great quality clothes at very decent prices. Amazing customer service, very fast shipping & also when I entered the wrong delivery address they went above and beyond to rectify this for me before sending my purchase. Unfortunately I had to return due to ordering wrong size and this was also very smooth & they also sent my partner a free cap with the returned exchanged parcel. I haven't eaven recieved my package
I haven't eaven recieved my package, it got delivered in the wr9ng place as Shop automatically updated the adress by itself and the whole matter got handled poorly, tried to arrange a reedelivery but qas not possible so i ordered again full price.

Hi Andrei, You originally contacted us stating you had given the wrong delivery address but once we send out a shipment then the only thing we can do is ask Couriers to re direct to the new address as per our convo. I hope you get your package as tracking is showing now picked up. I'm so sorry we couldn't resolve your issue in a manner your satisfied with but once a delivery is with the courier then there are only so many things we can do :)
