Received the wrong colour as to what I ordered and the event is in two days contacted the company they are sending the right colour out for next day delivery and told me to keep the other colour !! Fast response and good quality item customer service is excellent . Well the 2nd fascinator never did surface went to the wedding with out anything in my hair ! Disappointed is not the word

I bought 2 coloured formal shirts 6 months ago. Quality as good as my normal nd more expensive shirtmaker. They've been worn regularly including in temperatures of up to 35C. They are still as comfortable and look as good as when first worn.

Regarding customer services; there was a glitch in delivery (couriers fault) which was speedily and efficiently delt with. Thank you Paresh.

I've now bought these shirts three times because the quality is exceptional, and the price is unbeatable. Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I once needed the shirts quickly but delayed placing the order. To my surprise, they arrived the next day without any additional charges—truly impressive and such a relief. Not only are the quality of shirts first class (3rd purchase) and the value for money amazing but the service is also brilliant. I loved my order experience with them - originally I bought a shirt through Amazon and then thought it was great quality so bought directly through them - great price, good quality and came fast and well packaged - will use again

I really liked the shirts when they arrived. I'm tall so have to order 2XL for the 46" chest but only have a 36" waist. The slimmer fit of these shirts was great.
Then I washed them, at 30 degrees as per the instructions. They shrunk so much, lost about an inch on the sleeves. I can only wear them with the cuffs rolled up now. Really disappointed.

I still have not received this item! The courier was at fault for this non-delivery. Do not trust Yodel to deliver anything! It was redispatched by Royal Mail and arrived the next day!

The Web site was easy to use. Delivery was not too long and the product is fantastic. My husband says they are the best shirts he has ever had and he is 76! We will definitely be ordering some short sleeved shirts in the summer!

A question on a separate platform answered very quickly led me to the main web presence, a site which is very easy to navigate and follow.
