I was having some trouble on the…

I was having some trouble on the steadyPay app, I wasn’t able to do anything, kept saying an error. So I decide to send a message via the app spoke to an a customer assistant called Michael which he was very helpful. He found the solution very quick. Send it to the necessary department within one to two hours. I had a message back saying it was complete and I was able to use CashWave.

Highly recommend this service Micheal was excellent 5 *****

Awful

A truly awful, time-consuming experience.
Downloaded their app and proceeded to register for an account with Steady Pay.
Due to a "technical glitch", after typing in my personal details, I could not continue with my registration application.
Cleared app cache on my android phone but still received the same error message when I returned to complete my application on the app.
Uninstalled the app then reinstalled the app, tried to register again, only to be advised an account had been created for me, which was very surprising considering the technical glitch.
Allegedly, they sent several messages to my mobile phone, each including a 4 digits PIN I require to type in on their app to verify my identity.
Unfortunately, no messages have been received thus far.

Very frustrating indeed in my time of need.

Sent a message to them regarding the initial issue but they don't open again until Monday. Magic!

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been amazing since day 1 I’ve used steady pay for about a year now and the only time I had a problem was this weekend which I had left till Monday and was contacted by Alma’s first thing to get to the bottom of the issue of my account which he sorted straight away and app was back up and running thank you Alma’s for your help
