I never got my final test results. I called the toll free number on the web site 10 times but could never get to a live person. I left three voice mails asking for a call back, but never heard from anyone. Should really be ONE star but will give you credit - the web site is slick and the process was very smooth but without any results it's not worth much. I'd still like to hear from someone to get my results.

Would give better, everyone was nice and helpful up until I was waiting on results, advertised as the quickest results in only 1-2 days and it has been a week now and I can’t get in contact with anyone

Very smooth process. From check in to the urine and blood retrieval, it was as easy as I thought it would be.

It's been a month and I still have not gotten my results. I even sent an email to the company and still haven't heard anything back. I'm really disappointed

Its been over a week and I havent heard anything. Ive called a couple times but it went straight to voicemail all times and even after leaving a message, no response. Im starting to feel duped

Excellent help with someone on the phone to go through details of results.

Wasnt sure if the lady in the front had a bad day or was being rude. Besides that the experience was amazing.

It’s been a week and I paid $400 and still have not received my test results. Website said I would get them in 1-2 days. I tried calling several times and all I get is a voicemail. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back and leaving reviews about my experience on all major reviewing sites.

I was promised results in 48 hours and its 13 days later ,and I don't have them.

Update: I got a call back letting me know I got a refund and free lab work if I decide to reschedule.

I still have not gotten my refund!!!

The office I was scheduled to go to was closed and I was not able to get tested. I've called, left messages, emailed, left customer feedback and still have not heard back.

On top of the test I paid for, I paid $30 to get to and from the office to find out it was closed. :(

They are legit. At first I was apprehensive because I had never heard of the service. It was straightforward ordering the tests and getting my results online. They were cheaper than coming out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t cover STD screening. My only complaint is that in my area the only third-party labs they are contracted with are Quest labb’s and Quest labs suck. They generally only have one person who works the whole office – front desk and lab. Lots of waiting and poor customer service.

I was glad to get the results and Not have to worry any more.

I stumbled upon STDAware via Google search. At first I was a bit apprehensive but I can honestly say that it was cost effective and I received my results in 2 business days. I would suggest for anyone who doesn't want to go through insurance or wait a week or longer for results.

Very easy and cheap. Especially if you're a worry wort like myself

By far the best and quickest experience I’ve had. The young lady at the testing center was extremely polite and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

No standinding in line, get tested by professionals, will answer any questions. They work with many labs around the area so you just drop in in show them your receipt/ paper. The test took 5 mins.

From the time I spoke to their customer service person about my testing options until I got my results (1 day later by email) I felt like I was taken care of and that they had a personal interest in my feelings and anxieties. Testing was super easy. THANK YOU!
