I like your e-shop. Everything is easy to find. You have exactly as much information as is needed and really often you have special deals. Prices are good. This is by far the worst online…
This is by far the worst online purchase experience ever.
When I ordered, there was no information that Staypro had to order the product from the manufacturer, and that delivery would be a month later. this was informed only after I contacted them.
Two weeks after the promised delivery date, I had still not heard anything, so I asked them to cancel the order.
But magically, an hour after I requested them to cancel the order, the product was available and they shipped it, ignoring my request for a cancellation.
My first and last order with Staypro.

Good online store with good customer service.
Generally a good online store with good customer support! This time only four stars since the promise to send within 24 hours wasn’t kept. At the end I was waiting 4 days until the parcel was handed over to the post service. This was probably caused by COVID-19 related stuff shortage. Anyway, thanks for the good tools!

Completely useless and unprofessional…
Completely useless and unprofessional customer service. I've placed an order and waiting on the item for weeks. Tries to call customer service many times, no response! Phone number is there just for decoration! Item arrived on stock on Monday, sent them emails, messages and got a response that it will be sent within that week and of course it wasn't. Very poor communication, fake promises and completely unprepared for larger number of orders.
Still waiting on delivery, order placed on 20.11.2021 and no feedback from them whatsoever.

Was told after purchasing that it wasn't in stock and it would take a week... One month later it arrived. Multiple requests for a tracking URL went unanswered. The product itself is great as expected, but the service to get it was not pleasant.
