So pleased with the service I received from Mark. Everything from the online booking process to appointment reminders very efficient and professional. Very personable guy who explained everything about the air con to a novice as he was doing it. Was expecting to be sitting around for half an hour or so but job was completed very swiftly and tested to make sure the temperature of the air con was correct before finishing. Would definitely recommend both him and his service to anyone. Why pay more to some rip off conglomerate? All I need now is some hot weather - absolutely pouring down today and needed heater as I drove to work this morning rather then air con!!

Identified a leak which I took away to rectify, returned and successfully regassed. Easy to deal with, pleasant job, great value.

Brilliant company, fixed the problem straight away, would definitely go again and recommend to everyone!

Leak test didn't detect any leak so I went ahead and paid just under £40 to get the anti bacterial and UV dye added onto the basic AC refill. The AC lasted a day. Took it back and Mark noted a leak which would cost me over £100 to get repaired. So a complete waste of £40 although Mark offered me a free AC refill once I get the repairs done. If the leak had been detected in the 1st instance I would not have wasted the £40.

Fantastic, super fast and friendly. Highly recommend using Mark for a hassle free professional service. Easy to book appointments on the website and a wide range of time slots available - me having mine done on Father's Day at 9am (a Sunday!!). Really impressed with the useful communications i received leading up to the appointment and even got reminder emails a few days before and a text on the morning of the appointent just to again remind me. A well run customer facing service which included a full test of the system pre the actual re-gassing, giving piece of mind there were no leaks or other issues. All done within 15 minutes - well done Mark - you are the man when it comes to aircon and a tip-top service.

After seeing a friends review I booked an appointment to have my partners car's air con looked at / re-gassed on her car as it had not worked for a while. I arrived and Mark checked the system, confirmed there was no issue with the pressure and then re-gassed the air-con. The air-con was then checked and I was surprised how good it worked. I would highly recommend STAYKOOL to anyone that needs their air-con re-gassing as I received an excellent friendly service and I will be shortly having my car done too.

Visited Mark at Staycool who diagnosed a leak in the condenser, advised me where to get a new condenser and recommended a local mechanic both at very reasonable cost. when the condenser had been fitted, regassed the car for no extra cost. The service was great, price was very reasonable and i have already recommended him to others.
