Delete genuine product feedback

Delete any slightly negative reviews on online platforms. I was giving feedback regarding one of their black jackets, where the product is good overall, but the band around the jacket fades fast and it ends up looking worn and draws attention to the hips. I simply put this so people can consider it and would maybe invest in another colour. They deleted it (Tiktok) straight away. They are not interested in improving or providing a satisfactory product or customer experience. Feels like the company is run by hubristic spoilt brats. Disappointing overall

Worst customer service and huge wait for packages

Worst customer service, and delivery. I have ordered twice from them and never again. Both the same experience, they never send the order. Then after 2 weeks of having no tracking I contacted them and you get a "hey lovely.. blah blah". Then they pack it a week later. Both times no apology and they needed to be prompted to send the order. 1 month from ordering to recieving it. Useless. And I had to get hold of them through instagram PMs. Don't recommend

I would give less than 1 star

I would give less than 1 star. Customer service is terrible and absolutely incompetent. I have been waiting over a month now to receive my purchases. I have sent various emails following up, only to recieve an ‘AI’ response advising that the order is ‘unfulfilled’ and will be escalated. I have since requested a full refunded, but have not heard anything at all. I am now considering reporting to the ACCC, as it is my view these gronks took my money and never had any intention of completing the order. Absolute scammers.

I recently placed my first order with Stax during their Black Friday sale and purchased four crop tops. Unfortunately, the sizing does not align with standard sizing, and three of the four tops are far too small. I later discovered that Stax does not accept returns on sale items, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

As a result, I’ve essentially wasted $100 for just one usable crop top. Had it been explicitly clear that sale items were non-returnable, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will not be shopping with Stax again

Ordered from here twice now, first order they were all super small (I got size medium) but couldnt return as they were all on sale.
Second order, sizing was better I got large but I have washed some of the items and they looked super old, after one wash!! contacted them, they said they would send me the shorts and bra again after sending them pictures of how bad they looked, 3 weeks later it eventually come with shorts only and no bra. At this point I give up.... the customer service is shocking, I will never, ever but from this company again

I clearly should have googled the reviews first before purchasing but so many influencers gave its such positive reviews! The bottoms are okay, I mean not the best but not the worst. Quality does feel nice but the actual garment is not practical at all. It’s super thin and you can see every detail of your body shape wearing them. Also there are no pockets!

The worst of them all has to the their bra/crop tops (I bought 5 of them!).
They are horrific. I have major side boob in all of them! Also I thought I would wait for the Black Friday Sales to try them out and then return it if they didn’t fit…TURNS OUT YOU CAN’T RETURN SALE ITEMS!!!! This is ludicrous!!! Like your whole website is on sale. What do you mean you can’t return??!!!

And to top it off, the customer service is an AI bot. Are you fucken kidding me??!!

Reaching out to the ombudsman now.

Poor products, poor service

Their "bras" are completely unsupportive, with major design flaws - no elastic band underneath, no grippy alternative, and some fabrics fairly sheer as well! Their customer service is run by an AI, and they don't allow returns for items on sale (and everything is always 'on sale')

Think twice before you buy...

First time I ordered from them and I wont never buy again. The biker shorts doesn't fit well on me. Shame I can't return it as it says black friday sale item can't be return. I wasn't aware when I ordered it. Quality is not so good.

Worst quality

Worst quality, worst fit track pants and hoodie I have ever worn but also the most expensive. I ordered the original hoodie in XXL-XXXL, which took months to arrive (fine because I bought it presale) I wanted a very oversized fit. The only thing oversized was the sleeves which are so ridiculously long the jumper is completely unwearable. No pockets in the hoodie - which is annoying. The “soft fleece” fabric is such poor quality, feels so cheap and nasty, so synthetic and gross to touch almost like microfibre. Something you would buy from lowes, or worse. Considering the price of the hoodie $94 I was blown away by the terrible quality and fit. For an oversized hoodie - how Can you go wrong. I literally can’t wear it it fits so badly and feels so cheap and nasty.

I also bought a pair of trackpants which are unwearable. I purchased the classic straight leg jogger in XXL and they are SO SMALL and LOW waisted there’s barely enough fabric to pull them over my bum. I’m usually a size 16 in bottoms so assumed XXL would give me a comfortable fit but these pants are truly embarrassing. Also so short in length they come up to my mid shins. The worst feeling when you buy something XXL thinking they will be roomy and they are like tiny. I literally wondered if they had sent me the wrong size.

I actually have no idea what’s gone on with the weird sizing but stax do better if you’re charging so much for a piece of the cheapest fabric from China. At least make it true to size.

So pissed off.

3.5 weeks of unfulfilled order without communication

Can't even speak about the design and quality of product yet as I've been waiting for 24 days so far for my order to be dispatched. There was one email sent saying that last order should be sent out 2 weeks after the sale, yet another week and a half past that time there was no further explanation of what's happening, and my order status is still unfulfilled today. Emailed them with no responses back. Worst customer service ever Don & Matild!
