Ordered 30 June, no shipping confirmation as yet. Reached their 10 day maximum today and emailed, no reply as yet. Ordered for a hiking weekend which has been and gone. Seriously just want my money back. Lost a regular customer.

I placed an order during their sale on the 30/05, 14 days after purchase ($265 worth of stock) I was notified an item had been oversold and I could either swap to an item of the same RRP or 120% store credit, I didn’t want a store credit so swapped to another random item (due to their stock all being OOS) that was actually worth less than the original item- no mention of a credit. I understand sale periods can cause this and felt 14 days was reasonable to wait when they’re busy. I was assured my order would be sent asap.
It wasn’t until another 14 days had passed they notified me another item was OOS (so 14 days for them to go find another item in my order??)
It was at 38 days after ordering I was notified that PART of my order had been shipped with 1 swapped item I requested not being sent out, because why would I want store credit to buy with them again! I just picked an item that was in my size, couldn’t even tell you if I like it or what it is because there’s nothing to choose from anyway.
The email replies just keep saying their sale period is busy, sorry for the delay, due to their ‘recent’ sale the warehouse is busy.
which is pretty poor form from such a huge brand that has since had new collections drop. I’m sure they’ve all been sent but for some reason my order has been floating around the warehouse taking 38 days to pack.
Will never buy from them again. People should buy with extreme caution.
How can they get away with this? They’ve had my money for nearly 6 weeks and not even the whole order is arriving. I replied to the most recent email saying I just want my order sent, they can pick whatever they like as long as it’s sent.

I placed an order with Stax almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my items or even a proper shipping update. When I reached out after 10 business days (which is the maximum timeframe they mention for busy periods), I was told I’d get a tracking link in another 2–3 business days. It’s now been 15 business days and still nothing.
I ordered this clothing for my work uniform at the gym, so the delay has been really frustrating. Overall, pretty disappointed with the service and delivery times. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re expecting your items within a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered and paid for items in April - still have not received even a tracking order- like other reviewers I get the standard - “we’ll escalate”- no refund but it never gets updated with a tracking order etc. over a month and zip. Will be reaching out to my bank as they do not offer refunds - it’s fraud at this point.
The worst customer experience
This company advertises a fantastic sale so you purchase online - 29th May 2025 to be exact. The order remains unfulfilled for 2 weeks before I send an email as you guessed it there is no one to talk to. Finally, you get an AI generated email telling your order is more 10 days old so they are "escalating it" to their warehouse and you will receive a tracking number in a few days. Sadly I have received this message 4 times now and no movement on the order which still shows as unfulfilled. Instead I get AI generated messages asking for my feedback on the AI messaged received. This company is all talk and definitely no action. Then on 22nd June I received a new AI message telling me I was being offered express shipping at no extra cost! How about just the goods themselves or a tracking no so I know that at least they are coming? Instead a $20 voucher for my complaint and still the order remains unfulfilled and I received another AI message asking for my feedback on the AI message offering free express shipping and voucher!!!!! I really want to support an Aussie brand whose active wear I like but this is altogether too much! I dont know how any company can survive this type of appalling service to customers. If you dont have the stock dont do a sale and false promise. I will go back to brands I can trust. More expensive but at least when you order, they send the goods to you.

The delivery times are unacceptable for current market. Over two weeks and no tracking. Customer service advised I was progressing in the queue yet no action.

I should have read the review before I ordered. No confirmation email and no answer to my emails. Is this company a scammer?
No order received, order placed in May
I ordered in May and I still haven’t received my order, I haven’t even had notification that it has been shipped. I sent an email last week and they said they would escalate and I replied back, never got a reply. I then emailed them again and haven’t received any further correspondence. I have spent a lot of money with them and expected a better customer experience. If I don’t receive any further correspondence I will be requesting a refund.

If I could less than 0 I would! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order 17 days ago that has still yet to be fulfilled. I’ve emailed several times to get no response, the only time I got a reply was when I emailed to demand a refund and cancel the order. I was advised it takes UP TO 10 business days to be prosessed, after my 10 days I emailed again wanting my money back to be told it was “escalated” to the warehouse team and would be fulfilled in the next few business days. Again, has still not been fulfilled, have emailed again to find no response. I will never buy from these again and I’m sure by the time they get around to actioning it half the stuff I’ve ordered will no longer be available. Please do NOT order from this site !

Extremely disappointed – still no order since May
I placed my order in May and am still waiting for it to be shipped. I’ve contacted the company FOUR times via email and several times on social media – each time receiving the same excuse: “It’s because of the sale.” Honestly, that’s a poor excuse. A sale should be a planned busy period – you would think a business would prepare accordingly and have the staff to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
It’s now mid-June and there’s been no real update, no urgency, and no accountability. Very frustrating experience. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

They keep explaining their inability to ship my items because of the sale. Sorry this is 2025, GymShark sale shipped within 4days.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered and nothing turned up after a few weeks. I sent an email for them to say some orders couldn’t be supplied so a credit would be applied to my account. Approximately 7 emails later after receiving nothing I finally reached out to their instagram page letting them know I will never buy with them again. I started a dispute with my bank and I finally got my money returned after about 5 weeks.

No one is responding to my emails, and I think if they sellout, instead of removing the products they just send out any size, in the hope maybe that the customers keep it! I'm really annoyed... and I will never ever buy from them again! And tbh their quality has turned to rubbish.

Please do not buy from this company. Save yourself the trouble. We have now been waiting over a month since ordering our clothes and they still have not even been posted… attempts to contact them get you nowhere they respond with apologies and promises that it will get posted but nothing ever happens. On top of all this, they could not fulfil some items from our order and still have not refunded us for those items for over two weeks. Avoid at all costs.

Been waiting 3 weeks now, made an order on the 23rd March and nothing. After 4 emails they responded saying it would be shipped this week and now it’s midday Friday and still nothing!
Customer service is terrible they just say “sorry there’s a delay” like clearly but how about do something about it or offer a discount or refund. Clearly they didn’t have stock otherwise all the orders would have been dispatched sooner because no way they just launched ANOTHER collection when they can’t even send out orders they have gotten.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Ordered during sale. There was already no stock to purchase but I found 2 items they had in stock. Waited 16 business days, contacted them number of times and on 17 day they tell me they can’t fulfill the order. Why have sales if you don’t have stock or team to fulfill them. Probably spared me with bad quality product anyway.
