Technical support staff are excellent
I had problems with the App and tracker pairing and i had to seek assistance from Statsports. Their technical support team found the issue/problem and very promptly helped me sort it out.

Customer service great, price matched when price changed, sent me out missing vest even though it had been a couple of weeks before I realised when wrapping it, and finally when gift was given, the vest was too big so they sent out a smaller vest straight away with no hesitation. Very quick and polite, best customer service and product I have ever received.
