Ordered direct from Pitchero rather than through Amazon to get the vest size we needed. Arrived quickly.
My daughter uses it for rugby all the time in training and games. Sometimes takes a minute to find the GPS but then works fine. Good stats and easy to use. I like the coloured arrows for different speed runs and the logging of PB's.

Fast delivery - great customer service that got back to me on the same day, even though it was xmas.

I recently tried out the PitcheroGPS with my family, and overall, it’s a decent product. The tracker and app are easy to use, and the stats are helpful, especially for setting improvement goals in sports like rugby and hockey. However, there are some downsides—sizing for the vest can be confusing, and we had a frustrating experience with an exchange, though it was eventually resolved. Also, the GPS connection can sometimes take a while, which is inconvenient during warmups. A good tool for tracking progress, but there’s room for improvement. 3 stars.

Great item easy to use, highly recommend

Found the app on our club website and had a look at the deals and ordered the full youth starter set. Set it up during the early weeks trying to benchmark and familiarise with the unit and app and have now for a whole week including games, excellent simple product and software and good for setting my sons personal targets, 1 team member has also just bought one from our recommendation so will have player stats to compare to. 6 sessions over the week and over 20 miles coveted is wonderful data. Would wholeheartedly recommend to young grassroots serious about improving as this gives you the benchmarks, my son is now the first in the app downloading and viewing after games and training.

Easy set up, great accessible data, comfortable to wear

We chose the adult small for a not-small female 19 year old athlete. It was vast. (Perhaps the sizing should be clearer?) We returned the vest for an exchange, and have a receipt for postage but did not get it tracked. Pitchero didn't receive it. Having wasted money posting it back I have now had to buy another vest. I tried to call Pitchero last week and today but the recorded message says 'our telephone lines are not currently operational' - not sure if this is a permanent thing?

Update 1/10/24. Pitchero have now found the returned parcel which they tell me had been delivered to the wrong location. They have refunded the vest I purchased, as well as offering an additional top. My conclusion: the customer service was a bit slow to get going, but eventually it was worked out. (Let's hope the technology works out as hoped after all this effort!)

I Promise you this product is advanced when training and match the heatmap is accurate and some gps don’t have heatmaps when training but this does I really recommend it and it’s very cheap
