I recently transitioned to Willow for my semiglutide treatment, having previously used it from a different provider where I experienced consistent weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week. Unfortunately, my experience with Willow has been disappointing.
After a month and a week of treatment, I've actually gained a pound, which is frustrating considering the $600 investment. Unlike my past experience, I find myself still feeling hungry, whereas previously, semiglutide effectively suppressed my appetite.
When I reached out to support for guidance, they suggested I take an additional shot for another $300, which feels like an inadequate solution to my concerns. Given my experience, I can’t help but feel skeptical about the effectiveness of the medication provided. It raises doubts about whether I’m actually receiving authentic semiglutide.
To address my concerns, I plan to send the medication to a lab for testing. I genuinely hope to find clarity on whether what I received is legitimate. Overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the efficacy of Willow's treatment.

If I could give this company no stars that's what I would do. Terrible customer service. I've been trying to update the shipping address for my order because I've been temporarily moved to another state. I can't get them to stop the shipment or cancel the order or change the address but they've had zero problems charging my credit card. There is no way to talk to anyone so you just have to message them and then wait hours for a response with no one actually taking ownership of the problem. Terrible service. Do not use them!!!!

I’m a registered dietitian and know how, and eat healthy and exercise but I gained 20 pounds after menopause and had a tough time getting that weight off. I used the injectables and within 5 months have lost 20 pounds. I have a regular biking/walking program now that it’s summer so with diet, meds and exercise, the weight has come off nicely. Customer service has been great and responses within 1 day. Great experience all around!

The doctor did not reach out to me prior to sending the rx to the pharmacy. I was already taking a GLP1 and was switching companies. They ended up send the rx for a too low dosage, and I sent repeated messages asking for a correction, all of which were ignored, including ones to the doctor directly. This went on for over two weeks while I continued to message. The rx is useless to me. Keep in mind that they never had a video or phone call with me at all during the intake or after. I asked and it was confirmed by customer service that my payment arrangements had been "paused indefinitely" while this issue was waiting to be resolved. After I finally gave up and sought treatment elsewhere and asked for a refund of my initial $299 purchase price, a doctor claiming technical errors on their side went ahead and issued a new rx, and charged me AGAIN unlawfully, without discussing the new treatment or renewing my authorization for payment. This company has stolen $598 from me and I haven't even had any treatment from them.
I have an email from them 6/17 that confirms they stopped my billing "indefinitely", then they charged me today after I already asked for a refund of the unusable and incorrect first rx:

TL;DR Do not use this service. You'll never actually have contact with a real doctor and the customer service will lie about pausing payment to assisting you in any way except for canned auto responses, while unlawfully charging you for hundreds of dollars without authorization.
Update 6-25-2025: Finally received a response indicating that they cancelled the unwanted prescription and will credit back my card. No acknowledgment of the initial incorrect prescription. Their response came only after this review was posted.

Horrendous customer service. No phone number to call them, so you are forced to use the chat feature. Response times are 2 days(!!!!) which is a problem if you have an issue with a refill - so that means refills are delayed and dosages are missed. They close tickets without resolving the issue. The language they use is "we are now closing your ticket to avoid follow-up messages." Hmm, if you close my ticket without resolving my issue, I should be able to follow up. In their response they tell you to message your doctor (which I already had), but hey, yes, can message him again. Doctor forwards my message to customer service. Customer service responds 2 days later and tells me to message my doctor then closes the ticket without resolving it. I submit another request to customer service - another 2 days to respond. And round and round we go with no solution. Take your business elsewhere - this company is so bad at customer service they should not be allowed to be in business.

STAY FAR AWAY! I ordered one prescription at introductory rate of $299.00 to then find that my credit card has been charged TWICE for $1596.00 and once for $399.00. I should have recognized an issue when there was no consult with a physician. I reported this to my credit card company - never would I agree to one month's prescription for a cost of over $3,000.00! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! There is no phone number to call and my attempts to discuss this billing problem was through AI texting online with no response to my requests for communication.
The responses to all of the one star reviews are the exact same language - take a look. There is no customer service behind this company - and I am now reporting this as a fraudulent charge to my credit card.
