I don’t even know where to start. First order was received fine. But I took it for 6 weeks and lost no weight and seemed to have no effect. I had taken the same dose last year from a diff company and it worked amazing. The next two shipments were received with no medicine! Both white envelopes had only syringes, no medicine. When I contacted them they told me to call the pharmacy directly but since it wasn’t within 24 hrs of receiving there was probably nothing they could do. The final shipment was half the dose I was supposed to get and had almost zero impact. The product is poor quality or completely fake, if it does arrive. And at $400/mth you can definitely get a good product and actually lose a lot of weight but not with willow. Avoid at all costs

Shipping/processing takes forever, like at least 1 month post- sign-up.

I did actually receive my first order, but my second order arrived without any medication.

They don't have weekend support and I'm pretty sure the "doctor" I'm messaging is just some bot.

There website is pretty bad, too. Want to track your order, check your current dosage, look at billing history? None of that - very basic - information is available on their site.

Honestly, after my missing order it seems more and more like a scam.

I do not recommend them for weight loss meds. Slow, unresponsive, and unreliable.

The sublingual tablets don’t have much effect on me, and yet the dr capped me at 2 mg. I was charged $329 for the first bottle, it took a very long time to get to me. I was then charged another $299 a couple weeks after my first payment, (I had barely had the first bottle 3 days), and told that I would be receiving another bottle, which was way earlier than expected. I was allegedly given a refund, but that appeared to be processing in my account yet vanished before it was actually received. My bank doesn’t show any indication of a refund now, despite willow chat saying they did refund me. It’s not looking good for being able to trust this business.

Communication has been great. From the time I signed up, I have been kept informed every step of the way. From doctor review, payment process, pharmacy process and delivery. I get emails checking to see how I am doing on my journey. Very pleased with Willow❤️

Tried for one month. Was not suitable for me. Cancelled. They charged my card for $299 and sent me medication I did not order. Will not refund me or return my messages. There is no phone number to call.

So far my experience has been great! Other reviews did make me a bit worried but I figured I would try it. Though over all everything takse a little longer time wise (communications, processing, etc) I got clear communications and updates every couple days which I appreciate. I got my medicine and did my first injection this past Thursday. So far I am happy with my overall experience. I hope this quality continues throughout the refill/subscription process :) 🤞

I was on a compounded semaglutide for 6 months with my local pharmacy. I decided to go on a low dose for 6 months with Willow in order to maintain.
1. First, i have doubts about the medication - it does not feel the same way i felt on a similar compounded medication with my local pharmacy (which was very effective) - no changes in appetite, no otherwise effect notices, as if i am not taking anything at all.

But ok, let's say my body is used to this dose...
2. I paid for 6 months. I got my first vial, used it was instructed, was fully expected to get the second one on time without having to remind anybody. I saw no shipment notifications and when i reachout out I was told that my 1 (and only) vial was supposed to last the entire time (6 months I suppose) and looks like i used to too fast and noone is planning on shipping me anything else. They charged me $1500 for 1 vial!!! this is more expensive than Ozempic the brand name.

This feels like total scam. After me pointing out i paid for 6 months (6 vials) there had been radio silence, If i do not hear back soon i will go to BBB and my credit card company.

Willow is advertising their GLP-1 solutions with fake ads. They display a woman claiming to have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks with a fake stock image, and a fake profile.

I was looking at available online GLP-1 options, and felt this one was both medically dubious and misleading and I was right. Please consult with your doctor and not a company that deceives potential consumers this way.
