StartGlobal 

This is false advertising, I have never had a bank account, I could not make useful this company that I created. They promised a refund in case of failure but nothing. I am really disappointed.

I am very excited about this experience with SartGlobal: the process is perfectly set up and you get an email and notifications at every step, very smoothly.

Initially I was really excited with the service I received from StartGlobal however the last 3 months has been nothing but frustrating!

Having them fix Plaid integration issue they had with Wise took quite long time and their initial response to the issue was I reach out to Plaid for an integration problem they were having with them! I was disappointed by that. How were they asking me to contact Plaid for an integration problem they themselves were having! I reached out to their support team again after awhile and this time they took some time but they fixed the issue. Despite my initial frustration and poor initial customer service, I appreciate they finally fixed it.

My tax filling deadline is for April and their Federal Tax filling system is non responsive. It's now awhile since I uploaded the books I created externally and it has been pending in review for 10 days now. I reached out to them and they promised to get back with an update last week but they haven't!

You wouldn't expect such a poor service from such a company!

I have to say the initial impression with StartGlobal was great. Like most review you find here they set up your company and EIN very quickly. The trouble begins once you are set. Their US Phone Number is quite intriguing. Since I had it I receive calls and texts asking me if I want to enroll for a health insurance. I only picked up once so far. And the name this people use to contact me isn't mine which is strange! And this process of receiving texts and calls I am not responding to simply exhausted my available balance because of call forwarding which is very disappointing! It made me question what kind of number are they giving you!

Then at some point I remember when I logged in I got this page where it asks me to pay 99 USD per month for LLC maintenance and this felt ridiculous amount and I reached out to them asking for a need base service. It took some time for them to enable me to access the federal tax filling page!

All I can say now is be careful before you intend to use their service!

I'd like to give it to StartGlobal because they made my work much easier and their communication was on point. I could see the whole process step by step on the dashboard until completion and they even helped me get a bank account. Would recommend to anyone wanting to start their company in the US.

It was a very fast process as I chose the expedited package for 998! Everything went well and seamlessly and I now have my registered business, EIN, phone number, address and bank account all within 7 days

Reliable and professional👌 the team is amazing! Starting a new business with start global was too easy for me! Now, i have a LLC and all document are prepared by start global. They sent email me in all progressing. And their customer panel is user friendly in all way.

İf you want to start new business and you are not a nonresident (like me) you can choose them👌 before the starting new business, i had a lot of questions and they answered me quickly as soon as possible. 🙏

I did the same process 2 years ago in Singapore and it was just a mess... honestly I was ready for the same again :) But you proved me wrong! StartGlobal managed to create my LLC incredibly fast. I have access to all the documentation that i need and i was able to open a account on Kraken, Mercury Bank, and Wise with their help. To keep it short everything went well!

They also have amazing support with quick responses that always answer my questions.
