imagine a betting company that allows you to deposit money but suspends your account before placing even one single bet. this industry is finished.

As with other users. I signed up, provided sensitive documentation, placed a qualifying bet for the sign up bonus, got suspended before I could use my bonus...

Was in there Scarborough over the grand national weekend i had placed 3 x £7 e/w bets on the grand national i checked on their online site before going into shop it stated online they pay out on first 6 places, 2 of the my bets lost one number 16 came 6th at 40/1 so i thought i had gotten my money back £56 approx, i also placed £108 on Scottie Scheffler to win the masters bet in play at 5/4 who won well! collecting £300 approx on Monday or so i thought! when collecting my winnings i was told my grand national e/w bet was a loser as for some unknown reason they only pay out on first 5 places when placing a bet in shop??? why would they do that? so i got angry and swore some at this policy as you would, i did NOT direct my swearing to the staff member only at the policy - then the staff member (small guy with bald head do not know his name as he was not wearing a name tag and he would not give it) paid me out for master bet which should of been £243 i did not check at the counter as i was still angry about the e/w bet, upon getting home my money only to find he had paid me £20 short £223, so i went back in to let him know and this 'staff' member would not help did not want to even check his camera nor his till claiming his "till was right" as i would not leave he then called security saying i had been abusive towards him which i had not, i have been betting for 30 years and have never been treated like this by a bookmaker staff member - ok i was angry at the company policy for the e/w bet but to have the security called on me for him not paying me out right and not even trying to check the cameras nor till is just unprofessional, security would not come out as they thought it did not warrant it so after a short stand off i was told to phone company which i did he told me to write an email and gave me the owner email and one other email, i wrote 2 emails - i have received NO response from either they obviously do not care about their customers AVOID this company they are petty & unprofessional!

Signed up, made a deposit. Then uploaded documents for verification, received a message saying all verified.
The made a small profit and made a withdrawal request, the next thing I know my account is suspended.
Not sure I’ll actually get my money back.

I had a bet on the virtual horses on the casino , put money on a 41.00 odds horse and it came in but no money was paid to me and the betting history said my horse lost? Even tho I watched it win and came up on a sub screen at the end with what horses places where and I won!? Spoke to live chat and they gave me the email of their casino team , so I emailed them about it and have heard nothing since a week on from then to this day so looks like theyre cheating me out of the money , live chat sending round in circles , scam site for sure when they do this , avoid this site !

Joke of a bookie, my account was suspended on my first bet.

I opened an account put a 20 bet on and it won. They then closed the account and said as I falsified my information they are not paying my win AND are keeping my stake. Despite my information matching my ID exactly. If this is not clear theft I don't know what is.

I opened an account recently.
After several losing bets I had £200 on a dog at 4/9 (It was 1.3 on Bf at the time) they changed the price later to 1/4 then 2/9. It won.
Now I am SP only on the dogs and can only bet buttons on anything else!
Not because I know anything special, but because THEY were fast asleep changing a price!
They brag about the big bets they take but in reality they are scared rabbits.

I will take a legal action against them.

I signed up, deposited £50 and then received KYC email for verification. Sent my driving licence and proof of address and within 10mins received an email saying i was fully verified.

I lost my £50, then deposited another £495 and then they shut my account for absolutely no reason. I stood no chance of winning or even trying to win my money back. If i was aware that they where going to shut my account i would never ever have deposited £545 in total. No response to emails and live chat not interested.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! Contacted the gambling commission about this joke of a company.
