Absolute waste of time probably the worst online company I have ever held an account with! Watch them on Tv telling how there taking £50000 bets on course & £5000 & £10000 bets in shops, when my average bet is £50 after 8 bets & losing £140 I have been informed I’m no longer eligible for best odds guaranteed and since then every bet I have tried to place has been met with sorry seems to be a problem regardless of stake! Have withdrawn. Don’t waste your time, there’s plenty of decent online bookmakers out there.

Well I signed up yesterday I had a issue with my address as my drivers license is different to my current address I explained this they were super helpful passed my KYC in hours I deposited win a little bit on horses and I cashed out withdrawal my winnings and it was in my bank in 20 minutes and chat been brilliant so all I can say it do the registration make sure you get confirmation your 100% good to deposit and more so withdrawal get the confirmation through live chat and confirmation email and this site it great fastest cash out I have ever had great site

Was good for a week with 50$bet returns, and deposit matches. Then dropped down to 25$bet return no deposit matches, hence initially good review but now a 1star.

Worst betting agency ever. Deposited money....had a few wins. They took bonuses away 2 days after first deposit. Added bonus back 2 days later to then advise it was an error and took them back again. Would give minus 1 if I could

Can't understand how the firm boasts £100,000 bets at Cheltenham but turns down £10 on a favourite at Perth -Customer service are nasty / Sad to say avoid

I have mostly good experiences with these smaller bookies, but this was the worst experience I've had. I had a winning $5 bet (at $6 odds), at which time they restricted my account. When I messaged them to question this, the customer service operator simply said "I don't know". I went on to ask for an answer to be given before I withdraw funds and write a review. The smart ass customer service agent then sent me the instructions to request a withdrawal. If they had simply given me a straight answer, I wouldn't be writing this review. Avoid at all costs!

Closed account midplay. no communication, still debited funds from my bank, not refunded anything. Fraudulent

This company is not honest , it does not accept blame , very slow responding and blames its Internet problems on punters phones laptops etc.
I gave this firm ample time to sort out my query, but they obviously didn't, steer clear of .

There site offered attractive odds so I transfered funds to the site but when I tried to place the bet the odds were drastically reduced and there are taking several days to return my funds.

Was in there and saw a woman handing over a betting slip and person behind counter trying to convince her there was nothing on the slip when it was actually a winner also I believe they are fixing the slot machines in there as they are worked from behind the counter

Borderline scam Free Bet promotion - you must use the bet within the day you sign up and that bet must settle that day. This means if you sign up at 11pm it is virtually impossible to qualify for the free bet.

I placed a couple of bets on the Euros, a few days later I logged on and my account was suspended. I sent all the relevant documents. But the account remained suspended. I was unable to cash in during the match so effectively lost £50. I'll be talking to the Gambling Commission about this.

Was my favourite and only site to use, and looking at the reviews I am shocked as I used to love them, found everything easy, until they become like the rest of them, never happy with just allowing a player to do what they are allowed to do within the limits, always something else, I earn good money and I play within my limits but they have moved the goal posts again!! Waste of time, you wonder why people are using fake VPNs and going else where!

ZERO STARS! BUNCH OF FU**ING SCAMMER CU*TS. I deposited £400 and was playing blackjack.. split my hand and was looking like both win for me...then comes a game error message and I'm unable to complete the game. I message the casino(who dont bother to reply) the game was then deleted from the casino yet no funds returned to me. Over a week later they say they will offer me £50. Why the hell would I accept that when its alot less than I should have from the unfinished game! DISGUSTING BUNCH OF SCAMMERS DO NOT JOIN THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

As soon as you make a tiny bit of profit they close your account down with no explanation. Absolute cowards and cowboys. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

Dunno what everyone’s moaning about. I joined on 1st of June. Supplied my documents which were whizzed through straight away. I’ve won over £1000 to £1500 since joining in separate bets/roulette and I’ve been paid within 4hrs every time.
Brilliant site.
Only thing is they don’t tend to offer extra places for horse racing compared to other bookmakers.

hi i have been betting 40 years and these are the wors t bookmaker by far i have ever dealt with even worse than betfred, placed a bet and when i wanted to withdraw my winnings refused to pay me unless i provided my passport and utility bill info! never asked for that when i payed money in. The owner is too busy slagging punters off to matt chapman in a 20 minute rant on you tube, and obviously treats his customers with total contempt. pointed out that witholding funds from customers was against gambling commission rules and was on the cusp of reporting them , until miraculously my winnings were payed out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU, Cheers.

Stay away will no longer be using this site as four times in last two days its taken for ever to get a bet on and when ut does the odds change and they dont ask u to acceot the odds changed nothing gets dine as no libe chat when i go onto my account try and phone up kees cutting off

I can’t moan at star sports. All withdrawals were always paid in a prompt manner, no messing about. They do abide by paying out without messing around, and they give you due warning of documents needed. What got me was I was asked to KYC which is fine. All got verified no issue. Again withdrawals not blocked. I was £5k ahead and because I said I don’t have savings they suspended my account saying I couldn’t verify my play. I feel like it was suspended because I was ahead. Shame as this is a good site who are fair, but this is a pattern I have noticed be ahead on withdrawals and get booted off.
